Ti flew by.

Ten days had passed in the blink of an eye since the trial ended.

The commotion caused by the trial gradually died down, and the academy returned to its usual bustling atmosphere.

After becoming Mo Weng’s apprentice, Pei Ze canceled his task of tending the dicine garden.

By now, he no longer had any use for the ager reward from the task.

And now that he and Yin Xue were fellow apprentices, he no longer needed the task to stay in touch with her. Thus, he decisively canceled it, dedicating more of his ti to ditation, his Cultivation Breathing Technique, and potion refining.

The mont the Dragon Blood Potion formula was analyzed, Pei Ze spent all of his contribution points and Gold Coins. He exchanged them for 120 sets of materials for the Dragon Blood Potion from dicine Garden No. 8 at a 20% discount.

...

「Experintal District, Potion Refining Room.」

As the boiling liquid in the beaker gradually settled, a sharp, pungent odor began to fill the room.

Pei Ze reached out and picked up the scalding beaker. He swirled it gently, and the crimson, blood-like liquid wobbled like jelly, shimring with an intoxicating luster under the light.

’Success!’

Pei Ze nodded in satisfaction.

A Top-Grade Dragon Blood Potion.

"Ee!"

Xiaoyi flew over, clutching a test tube.

Pei Ze took it, poured the potion into the test tube, sealed it with a wooden stopper, and placed it in his dinsional bag.

And with that, the last of the materials was gone.

Over the past seven days, the 120 sets of materials had yielded a total of 65 bottles of Dragon Blood Potion.

’The Logistics Departnt sells a bottle of Dragon Blood Potion for 500 contribution points. A single set of materials costs 100 contribution points. Based on a normal 30% success rate, the cost to produce one bottle is about 334 points, for a profit margin of nearly 50%.’

’But I only paid 80 contribution points per set of materials, and my success rate is about 54%. That puts my cost at less than 150 contribution points per bottle, and a profit margin of over 200%!’

Gazing at the dinsional bag full of Dragon Blood Potions, Pei Ze couldn’t suppress his delight.

’And this is just the beginning. Once my refining technique becos more practiced, my success rate will increase even more, and my profits will naturally rise along with it.’

’If refining potions is a high-profit venture, then refining potions with the Eye of Omniscience is the most profitable of all!’

Of the 65 Dragon Blood Potions, over a third were of dium to high quality, and two were even of supre quality.

Following the principle of keeping the best for himself, Pei Ze had already consud the two supre-quality Dragon Blood Potions.

Thanks to them, his Cyan Mist Breathing Technique had successfully broken through to the sixth level. He was now just one step away from reaching the seventh level and advancing to a Grand Knight.

His constitution had also soared to 31.62 as a result.

In terms of constitution alone, he was already a bona fide Grand Knight!

The only things he lacked were the refinent of his Battle Qi and the techniques only Grand Knights could master, such as projecting it externally.

’I can take at most two more Dragon Blood Potions before I hit the limit of my tolerance, but that should be enough for to cultivate the Cyan Mist Breathing Technique to the seventh level.’

Pei Ze thought for a mont and decided to keep two bottles of Top-Grade Dragon Blood Potion. He would sell the rest on the Black Market. That should fetch him around thirty thousand Gold Coins, which he figured would be enough to buy the next batch of potion materials and cover his expenses for the coming month.

’That’s right, just for one month.’

These days, Wuyu had to be fed one Magic Stone Coin every day, a monthly expense amounting to a staggering fifteen thousand Gold Coins.

Xiaoyi’s nectar for the month also cost around five to six thousand Gold Coins.

Between just the two of them, his monthly expenses already exceeded twenty thousand Gold Coins.

Simply terrifying!

Only soone like Pei Ze could manage. Any other Wizard Apprentice from an ordinary background would never be able to afford these two money pits.

"Ee!"

Xiaoyi suddenly pointed to herself, puffing out her chest triumphantly.

Pei Ze chuckled and shook his head. "Alright, I get it. You get credit for the potions, too."

With that, he took so prepared nectar from his dinsional bag and handed it to the little creature as a reward.

Xiaoyi had been a great help while he was refining potions over the past few days, saving him a significant amount of effort.

He had to admit, pixies were indeed qualified lab assistants.

Their intelligence, which was on par with a human’s, allowed them to learn quickly. They could get the hang of new tasks without needing much explanation.

In this regard, they were much better than gnos, Goblins, and barbarians.

Aside from acting as a lab assistant, Xiaoyi hadn’t slacked on her production of Ten Thousand Flowers Honey.

Pei Ze had already accumulated over three thousand milliliters of Ten Thousand Flowers Honey. He had asked a mber of the Star Spirit Society to help him find a buyer. A full sale would net him at least thirty-odd Magic Stone Coins, which was equivalent to more than a month’s worth of food for Wuyu.

Once Xiaoyi finished the nectar and settled back into the brim of his hat, Pei Ze finally left the Potion Refining Room.

The criteria for classifying Alchemist tiers were quite simple.

For example, anyone who could successfully brew a Tier One potion and maintain a success rate of over 30% could be called a Tier One Alchemist.

In other words, Pei Ze was now a Tier One Alchemist.

Of course, he had no intention of revealing that he had already beco a Tier One Alchemist.

After all, becoming a Tier One Alchemist in less than two months after starting to refine potions was just too shocking.

If the other Potion Apprentices found out, countless jaws would drop.

Out of caution, he planned to keep it a secret for a while longer.

This also ant he had to sell his current batch of Dragon Blood Potions on the Black Market.

Lost in thought, Pei Ze passed by the mission area. He suddenly noticed many apprentices hurrying past.

Judging by their direction, they all seed to be heading for the mission plaza.

Curious, Pei Ze casually stopped one of the apprentices.

"Excuse , what’s happening?"

The apprentice, annoyed at being suddenly stopped, was about to snap at the person. But when he turned and saw it was Pei Ze, his expression instantly brightened. He explained with a broad smile, "The academy just posted a new mission to recruit apprentices to hunt down so heretics. There’s no year restriction—as long as you’re a Third-level Wizard Apprentice, you can join. The rewards are supposedly amazing, so everyone’s rushing over to check it out."

It clicked for Pei Ze. He thanked the apprentice, glanced toward the mission plaza, then shrugged and walked away.

Normally, a mission to hunt down heretics would have piqued his interest.

Right now, however, his new ditation Technique was nearly complete, and the Realm of Truth was set to open soon. His mind was focused on those things, leaving little room for anything else.

Back at his apartnt, just as he stepped through the door, Pei Ze suddenly felt a connection in his mind, and a joyful expression lit up his face.

"It’s finally complete!"

After more than a month, the new ditation Technique was finally complete.

Pei Ze hurried into his bedroom, sat down cross-legged, and began to process the vast amount of knowledge that had suddenly flooded his mind.

About ten minutes later, he opened his eyes, a look of satisfaction in them.

The new ditation Technique didn’t just have a Will Rune capacity that far exceeded the Universal ditation Technique; its ditation efficiency also completely eclipsed it.

Pei Ze estimated that the new ditation Technique’s efficiency was at least 1.5 tis that of the Universal ditation Technique.

’Even if an Advanced ditation Technique can’t match this new one,’ he thought, ’its efficiency must be at least twenty to thirty percent higher than the Universal ditation Technique.’

And that twenty to thirty percent efficiency was not to be underestimated.

The difference might not be obvious at first, but over the long term, a Wizard Apprentice cultivating an Advanced ditation Technique would far surpass one using the Universal ditation Technique, both in the speed of constructing Will Runes and in the growth of their Spiritual Power.

This was precisely why people like Gu Lin and Yin Guang were so far ahead of ordinary Wizard Apprentices in their progress.

"I’ll call it the All-Knowing ditation Technique from now on," Pei Ze murmured with a smile.
