Brand blocked Bujia and Test's three swords simultaneously with astonishing speed. Behind him, his grandfather and Albton seized the mont to launch their attacks.
The spectators gasped in shock, and even Qian couldn't help but cover her mouth, her eyes widened.
Brand didn't think, he just unleashed the remaining strength he had stored before. He reversed his grip on the sword to block his grandfather's blade, retreated with the force, and then swept the ground with the White Crow Swordsmanship, the stirred up dust repelling Albton's forward thrust.
He landed again, blocking his grandfather's second strike.
Another three swords.
All this happened within a single breath. After completing these moves, Brand was stunned—he certainly didn't have this kind of strength before.
He broke out in a cold sweat.
In the past, during his years of gaming, Brand had seen countless swordsmanship techniques, but in truth, he knew that the swordsmanship of the two worlds was not the sa.
After all, one was given by the system, and the other was acquired through his own training.
The level of mastery was completely different.
Although Brand knew many stances, attack routes, and even hand movents, when it ca to performing them, it was always superficial like a show.
But those six swords just now were entirely different.
Those six swords effectively blocked the successive attacks of Bujia, Test, Albton, and his grandfather within a few seconds—
"What the heck!" Brand was internally startled—because what he had unconsciously used was not his own move, but the Flash Sword!
It wasn't just him who recognized it; in fact, Kulan outside the field also noticed sothing was amiss at this mont.
The old man had always frowned deeply, feeling sour, as Brand's comprehension of swordsmanship was astonishingly good, making the elderly man a bit jealous.
Considering Bujia and Test were not in their pri states, but even at this level, he thought he wouldn't last more than two or three rounds if he went up.
Not to ntion the other two, although unknown to him, didn't seem like pushovers either.
This was a pure contest of swordsmanship.
But the young man had more surprises in store for him, especially when Brand used the Flash Sword Swordsmanship—Kulan could hardly believe his eyes.
That was the ancient swordsmanship passed down from the Fire Dragon Bahamut to the King of Flas, Gilte! That was the heritage of the Dragon Clan!
"This isn't Soul Seal Swordsmanship, nor Wind Elf Swordsmanship!" A voice shouted in his mind, "Did this kid not rely on the Soul Seal? How is this possible!"
"Did Tobus not tell him everything? But the heritage is clearly in that young man's hands!"
Kulan shook his head hard to throw these thoughts away, quickly realizing a new problem. If he didn't rely on the Soul Seal, then how did he reach the Golden Domain?
Could this be what they call extraordinary talent?
...
While the old man was having an internal battle on the sidelines, Brand's grandfather and Albton retreated, and Test and Bujia attacked again using a wheel strategy.
At this mont, the young man was utterly exhausted, but he could only retreat further. He was already very close to the air wall behind him.
"Sir, watch out behind you!"
Yuta noticed this and couldn't help but shout a warning.
Brand sensed behind him distractedly, indeed realizing he had nowhere left to retreat. But he looked around, what ability did he have to break through the encirclent?
Trading wound for wound might be a way, but he couldn't let his grandfather see his intention, or it might turn into trading lives.
Brand frowned, thinking it was unrealistic to deceive the old man.
But at that mont, he heard soone shouting from outside:
"Kid!"
This voice seed so distant in his muddled spiritual world, as if coming from the horizon. But Brand understood it, only that old guard captain would use this address for him.
He shook his head hard, not understanding why the other would add to his troubles at this ti. Could it be that he wanted to take the opportunity to get rid of him? If so, that plan was seriously mistaken, as Brand dared to challenge because he naturally had ways to protect himself.
But the old guy's distraction made him a bit anxious, the Earth Sword might slip away carelessly, which annoyed Brand.
He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. He had no intention of giving up on that sword, but at that mont Kulan shouted again:
"Where's your Soul Seal, kid?"
"This again?"
Brand had no idea what the Soul Seal was, feeling too exhausted to respond. But Kulan seed aware of this and imdiately yelled inside:
"Your ring, use your ring!"
He waved the Wind Queen's Ring on his hand as he shouted.
Brand frowned, keeping his sword up to guard against the four approaching Master Level swordsn, puzzled. The Wind Queen's Ring? Didn't the old man understand that all equipnt and non-swordsmanship skills were sealed in this arena?
Therefore, he had no intention to reply.
The old man was montarily taken aback, seemingly displeased with Brand's slowness. But he suddenly thought of sothing and hurriedly said: "Kid! Wait, I'm not asking you to use it, focus on sensing the ring—it's real!"
Brand was stunned.
He turned back instinctively, looking at Kulan with an incredibly surprised look:
"What do you an real?" His eyes seed to ask.
"That ring isn't a fake!" Kulan was so anxious he jumped: "I don't know how you got it, but it was your grandfather's, it is real!"
He suddenly widened his eyes: "Watch out behind you!"
Brand turned back, finding his grandfather had seized the mont when he was distracted, already thrusting a sword towards his back. He could fully feel the cold killing intent coming from the opponent's blade.
Death God seed to have arrived beside him.

(PS: Just a quick update, basically the protagonist's equipnt and stats have been sorted out. Once the story arc of the King of the Underdark is finished, I'll release them.
However, I plan to update the protagonist's stats daily in real-ti after each day's update, but there's a problem with this, how to release this data.
The first way is to include the stats in the relevant content each day, but this might an later readers won't see the earlier stats.
The solution is to release a new chapter for the stats each day, but this ans the chapters with protagonist stats might blend with regular updates. This isn't a big issue, but it might be cumberso to search for them.
Another way is to add the stats to the end of each day's update through extra words, possibly including so background content related to the novel.
Of course, I'll do a poll for you to choose.
Lastly, I apologize for reversing the order of the two chapters yesterday. The order has been corrected, and you can read normally now.
Finally, please vote for this month's and next month's guaranteed monthly tickets.)(To be continued, for the follow-up, please log in to qidian. More chapters, support the author, support genuine reading!)
