Brand, who was responsible for drawing the fire, instantly felt a lot less pressure. For the last ti, he dodged the whip-like neck and Bite attack, seizing the opening created by the monster's recovery pause to roll to its right side chest.
Brand stood up, took a deep breath, and then used all his strength to deliver a strike with the White Crow Sword.
With a 16 ( 2) level bonus from the Erui Army Military Swordsmanship, plus the terrifying boost from Power Burst, this strike raised a whirlwind that almost ford in the calm atmosphere.
A white whirlwind sprang into existence—
It swept laterally towards the Five-headed Lizard like a giant dragon, stirring the air into nearly ten-ter-long strears of white wind fangs. As each fang bit into the already heavily injured chest and abdon of the Five-headed Lizard, it imdiately spurted jets of blood several ters high.
But that wasn't the end.
The power of the Earth Sword tore through the ground with equal force. As the whirlwind passed, the ground surged up into ten-ter-high earthen slabs on both sides, while the sword qi central area's ground cracked and collapsed layer by layer. Despite the Five-headed Lizard's desperate attempts to dig its forelimbs into the ground, it was still dragged into the fault by the irresistible force.
After the sword qi swept through, the forest area where Brand, Kulan, Qian, and the Lizardman Lord stood had completely changed. The ground within the cone-shaped area ahead of Brand was left in the final monts of collapsing layer by layer.

After the battle, the young adventurers started to clean up the battlefield. Of course, before that, Furlo and Tiya used a tornado to clear the poisoned clouds left on the forest paths to prevent anyone from accidentally stumbling into them.
Initially, the young adventurers were still fearful; the power of the monster far exceeded their understanding. But when they ca up close to the behemoth, they found it almost unbelievable, as if they couldn't believe soone could defeat such a creature.
They gathered around the corpse, several stories high, engaging in lively discussions. The more daring among them even tried touching the Five-headed Lizard's crystalline sturdy scales, things they had never seen before.
Brand had Furlo pry off the scales from the Five-headed Lizard's chest. Although beast creatures didn't drop equipnt, the Laws of the Red-hand Soft Girl must never be broken.
The scales on the snake lizard beast's chest were called "Hydra's Blessing." Unlike the black-like-ink keratin scales on its back, these were green. Brand knew they were valuable alchemical materials useful for many purposes.
Unfortunately, his last sword strike caused significant damage, and he only managed to pry off about thirty scales, just enough to make one piece of Magic Armor.
Brand planned to make chest armor, but before that, he instructed Kulan to lead the young adventurers to search for the Five-headed Lizard's lair. While beast creatures did not drop equipnt, their nests might contain so good loot.
