Clovis and Aileen hid within a building. anwhile, lody rode at the back of Rea, waiting on top of a building. Rin and Kanaria also positioned themselves on the rooftop, just on different buildings.
"Ready?" Clovis asked.
"Second team, in position."
"First team, in position."
"Okay, let’s begin. Rin, Kanaria."
"Got it." Rin drew her bow while Kanaria fixed her aim. They counted down before firing at the sa ti.
Kanaria aid for the Tier 7 deer with her Soul Weapon, while Rin wanted one of the Tier 6 beasts.
The beasts didn’t know anything. They suddenly heard a loud ’bang’ coming from Kanaria’s weapon. In that instant, the deer raised its front body to avoid it, but the bullet exploded, blasting him.
The Tier 6 beast also sensed the incoming arrow and managed to survive, but the arrow hit its front foot. The impact was so powerful that it actually broke the foot. Still, for an arrow as strong as hers, it was already amazing to only get this much injury.
The deer let out a cry, alerting the rest of the beasts in the vicinity.
Since there were beasts around their buildings, they could reach Rin and Kanaria right away.
There was even one beast with a large body slamming the building with its body. The middle part of the building crumbled to the ground, but Rin had jumped back as her wings took her to another building.
But this was actually a trap. The building the beast destroyed was the building that Clovis and Aileen were in. They had been waiting in the shadows.
The mont the beast entered, Aileen jumped to the front of the beast and stabbed the beast’s eyes.
"!!!" The beast panicked. It was only a Tier 4 beast, so it couldn’t notice Aileen’s presence until it was too late.
Aileen’s short sword pierced the left eye of the beast.

The beast fell onto the building, which ended up crumbling together with it.
"Tsk." Clovis and Aileen rushed outside. They broke through the windows, only to find dozens of beasts charging at them.

Aileen nodded her head and erased her presence before entering another building. The beasts completely ignored her as if they couldn’t sense her anymore. They all ca to Clovis.
However, it wasn’t like he was alone. Suddenly, three arrows hit three beasts at almost the sa ti, blasting their bodies or heads upon impact.
Then, an explosion hit them as another bullet from the Soul Weapon hit them, killing five beasts simultaneously.
"Draw them in." Clovis hit them one at a ti, while so beasts seed to shift their directions to stop Kanaria and Rin. However, the latter simply leaped to another building or just flew, depending on their situation.
On the other hand, Clovis kept moving back as if he was being overwheld while taking on one beast after another. He had to draw the beasts as far as possible.
Despite all these attacks, there was no Tier 7 beast in sight.
It was because the first team had begun to move.
When the Tier 7 beast was about to move, they heard lody’s report. "100 beasts are coming toward them. The beasts around the first team are about to be directed as well. Hold."
lody was waiting for the beasts in their direction to reach the Tier 7 beast before saying, "Everything is ready!"
In that instant, Christina activated her unique ability, locking all the beasts around her, including the mutated deer.

"Aooo!" Reolf’s howl showed another provocation. Seeing the strength of Tienna and Tianna as well as Christina, the deer was finally convinced that they were dangerous.
Hence, the deer let out another cry, commanding the surrounding beasts to co toward it.
The movent was noticed by lody as she gave a report. "Approximately 140 beasts have been directed to our side. You have to worry about 60 beasts. One of the Tier 6 beasts is on our side, while the injured Tier 6 beast is on your side. We’re lucky. Tianna, Tienna, try to kill it before the other Tier 6 beast cos if possible. The rest of you, do it according to the plan."

Since the beasts were coming toward them, Christina focused everything she had on the mutated deer.
The deer charged forward and used its massive antlers to destroy the building in front, opening a path toward her.
"It’s coming!" Christina shouted. She moved forward as the deer reached her and stomped her with everything it got.

"It doesn’t matter." Jay had already reached the side of the deer. He swung it up, sending the sword strike toward the deer’s neck. ’Grand Impact.’
