As ZAGE's March releases were already in full swing, Zaboru wasn't one to idle. He had a packed schedule, starting with delivering the finalized SpongeBob ani script, character blueprints, and production details to YaDo Entertainnt. He needed to ensure the casting for the voice actors was handled with the utmost care. In Japan, ani voice acting was becoming an art form of its own, and with SpongeBob set to be a massive production, the voices had to be perfect. If done right, it wouldn't just be a hit in Japan—it would be a global phenonon. With proper dubs and localization, this could set a new standard for ani reaching Western audiences.
He called Yasu Domachi early, informing him of his visit to YaDo. As expected, Domachi was in the office even on the weekend, just like Zaboru. The two shared similar work ethics, and that's why their partnership worked so well.
Upon arrival, Domachi greeted him with a nod. "Morning, Ren-san. I assu you have sothing big today."
Zaboru handed over a thick folder. "This is everything you need for the SpongeBob ani. The first season will be 20 episodes, and I'm giving you five months to make it happen. Also, I want to be present for voice casting—no exceptions. The character voices must be exactly how I envision them."
Domachi flipped through the docunts, stopping on a few concept designs. "Five months? That's doable, but tight. Thanks to your investnt, we've expanded our animation team, so we'll make it work."
Zaboru smirked. "I have complete confidence in you. This project is going to be a ga-changer."
Domachi nodded. "I hope so, Ren-san."
With that settled, Zaboru moved on to his next appointnt—eting Kyotaro Shinomori at Toei. Kan Rider Black was already deep in production, and much of its worldbuilding had been influenced by Zaboru's ideas. His involvent was so significant that he had secured official credit as the story's author and was set to receive a share of the earnings. But beyond the business aspect, there was sothing he was even more excited about—he would be singing the opening the.
As he rode to the recording studio, he chuckled to himself. He was about to record one of the most legendary the songs in this world, just as it had been in his previous life. The re thought sent him into a fit of laughter. "HAHAHAHA!" It was so absurd that he was sure no one else in the world could possibly understand his joy.
Arriving at the studio, he found Kyotaro already waiting, looking as impatient as ever. "Zaboru! Quit fooling around and get in the booth. I want to hear how this song sounds!"
Zaboru smirked. "Alright, alright. Let's do this."
His band, a group of highly skilled freelance musicians he had been working with, was already in position. He adjusted his microphone as the sound engineer gave the countdown. "3...2...1... Zaboru Renkonan—Kan Rider Black!"
The piano's haunting lody filled the room, soon followed by the triumphant blast of a trumpet, the steady beat of the drums, and the electrifying strum of an electric guitar and bass. Then, Zaboru's voice rang out, powerful and commanding.
"Toki o koero sora o Kakero kono hoshi no ta!"
He delivered each lyric with a deep intensity, pouring raw emotion into his voice. His performance was flawless, perfectly matching the heroic, yet lancholic feel of the song.
"Kimi wa mitaka ai ga Makka ni moeru no o? Kurai yami no soko de Kiken na wana ga matsu"
Kyotaro's eyes widened, his mouth slightly open in shock. He had expected Zaboru to be good, but this was on an entirely different level. The way the instrunts complented Zaboru's voice sent chills down his spine. The recording studio itself seed to tremble from the sheer energy pouring into the track.
"Shinjiru yatsu ga justice Shinjitsu no ouja"
The tension built up as the guitar intensified, the drums surging forward like a heartbeat pulsing through the song. Kyotaro clenched his fists, his excitent bubbling over as the music reached its peak.
"Yu o mitsuzukeru koto ga Ore no fantasy Ikiru koto ga suki sa Aoku ukabu cosmos"
With the climax approaching, the instrunts roared in perfect harmony. Zaboru's voice soared, filling every corner of the studio.
"Toki o koero sora o Kakero kono hoshi no ta! Atsuku moyase namida Nagase ashita no yūhi ni Kan Rider Black!!! Kan Rider Black!!!"
As the final note rang out, the instrunts faded into silence. Kyotaro shot up from his seat so quickly that his chair nearly fell over. "Zaboru! THAT WAS INSANE! This is perfect! This song captures everything about Kan Rider Black! We need to make this official imdiately!"
Zaboru wiped sweat from his brow, a grin still plastered on his face. "I knew you'd love it. You're already set on the video shoot, right?"
Kyotaro nodded vigorously. "Absolutely! The visuals you suggested are brilliant. We'll start filming right away and send you the final cut as soon as it's ready!"
With the recording complete, Kyotaro left the studio, taking the mastered track with him. Zaboru stretched, the adrenaline from the performance still coursing through him. But he wasn't done for the day. Checking the ti, he saw that evening had already arrived.
He leaned back in his car seat as the driver pulled away. "I wonder if Ayumi's already at ZAGE. I told her I'd be there, so it should be fine right?. Let's just hope she isn't too mad."
With a quiet chuckle, he settled into his seat, satisfied with another highly productive day. The future was unfolding exactly as he had planned, and he always grinning thinking that he Singing Official Kan Rider Black song! , he drive his car while humming and singing the the song repeatedly!.
