"You are back, Yueyue?" Bai Jixuan asked with a smile. With his arms crossed in front, he looked down at Bai iyue who smiled back at her second brother while trying to suppress the shudder that was about to run down her spine.

"Yes, second brother. I am back."

She wanted to make an excuse and escape but her elder brother called out from behind.

"Yueyue, co here."

There was a kind of tiredness in his voice that made Bai iyue's heart ache. If it were possible, she would have ignored the call of her brother, but she knew it wasn't. With a sigh, she turned around and walked inside the greenhouse and ca to stand in front of her elder brother like a child who had done sothing wrong.

"Brother Zhan."

"Sit down and talk with your elder brother."

Bai Zhan straightened up and looked at his sister with a troubled look. He even put away the glass of liquor that was sitting in front of him. As a teacher, he usually didn't drink; but his mind was way too hectic tonight.

Bai iyue saw the heaviness weighing down on the shoulders of her brother and sat down next to him. She didn't say anything as Bai Jixuan sat right next to her and the three siblings quietly looked at the moon in the sky. After a long ti, Bai Zhan opened his mouth and took the initiative to speak. He asked in a soft voice,

"The child in your stomach… can it not be aborted?"

"Yes, elder brother. I will give birth to this child no matter what." Bai iyue's attitude was firm. She was going to give birth to her little son no matter what her family had to say.

When Bai Zhan heard her words, he sighed and questioned, "How will you raise the child after giving birth? Do you think you can raise it without any trouble, eh?"

"I will raise him just like every other child is raised."

Bai iyue was confident in her experience. Even though she didn't raise her son well in her past life, she made sure that Little Cai would never lack anything that others did, and after she lost her son, she went through many books on motherhood teachings to know where she was wrong.

Thus, there was no need for her brothers and mother to worry about Xiao Cai, she would be able to raise him without any worries.

"Yueyue, have you lost your mind?" When Bai Jixuan heard that his sister wanted to give birth to the problematic child, he couldn't help but explode in anger. "Do you even know what you're talking about? How can you give birth to that man's child? I thought that you wanted to stay away from him!"

"I never said that I wanted to stay together with him."

"Then this child—"

"Whether I am willing to have this child or not has nothing to do with Lei Qian, brother. I just want to have this child, and it has nothing to do with that man." Bai iyue calmly explained. Just because she wanted to have Lei Qian's child didn't an that she wanted to stay entangled with him.

She could have her son and still stay away from Lei Qian.

"Yueyue, you—"

Bai Jixuan wanted to say that his sister was way too naive, but before he could say anything more, Bai Zhan stopped him. He reached out and held the hand of his brother and said to Bai iyue, "Since you have made the decision, then you have to see it through till the end. Having a child is not a small matter. You might think that giving birth to a child will be the end of it, but it's not. After giving birth to a child, the real struggle starts."

He paused and then added, "You should tell Lei Qian about your pregnancy. No matter what you think, that man is the father of your child, and he has the right to know."

"Not only that, he needs to be responsible," snorted Bai Jixuan angrily. "That man is the cause of your pregnancy and it's only right that he takes the responsibility of this child with you. Of course, if he is unwilling, then we will have a serious talk with him."

"But…" Bai Zhan spoke up before Bai Jixuan could say anything more. "If he is not willing then we will take care of you and the child. There is no need for you to worry about anything."

Though Bai Zhan didn't want his sister to give birth to this child, he knew that this was not his decision to make. If his sister wanted to give birth, then he could only support her. What's more, even though his mother kept complaining, he knew that the woman was looking forward to the birth of this child.

The only reason she was holding back was that this world was way too difficult for a child to grow up safely. Look at ng Guo; how hard it was on him. Even though he was not even ten years old, he had to go outside and kill zombies.

How could a child grow up in safety in these tis?

Even for them, it was really hard to live in these tis, let alone a pregnant woman.

To be honest, he didn't want his sister to give birth to this child. Neither did Bai Jixuan nor Mother Bai. After all, giving birth to a child was not sothing that could be done just because one wanted to have one. Having a child was like a gamble, and that too with one's life.

Even Fang Qing had a hard ti giving birth, even when she had all the nutrition and proper treatnt. How could his sister give birth without those conditions?

Of course, if Bai iyue could give birth to the child safely, they would treat that child with all the care and love in the world, but what if she couldn't? Wouldn't five lives be lost?
