On the board, a flashy notification regarding the appointnt of the ability users was posted. Before the end of the world, it was quite normal to see the military making use of these bulletin boards. The notice stated that the region was now under the wise command of Yu Miaomiao, and it had beco a safe zone under her command. There was no ntion of the ability users who had helped her clear away the zombies for her. It only stated that Yu Miaomiao was a rather wise leader and that she was looking for ability users who could help her make the safe base in an even safer place.
Apart from that, the notice board also included the many benefits for the ability users. That wasn't all. They were also given special dical facilities.
There were also so additional benefits given to the ones who would be heading out to finish the missions, which included the right to choose the mansion that they wanted, plus the team mbers, as well as the right to pick up the supplies first.
They were also exempted from all criminal charges within the base, which ant that as long as they were willing to join the base, these ability users wouldn't be questioned or held accountable for even murders.
As soon as these policies ca out, Yu Miaomiao attracted a lot of ability users. Not only did she attract a lot of ability users, but she also attracted a bunch of ordinary citizens who were looking for a job that they could take on to earn a living.
