They had surrounded not just the city, but also the Shadow Castle itself..
Vale’s gaze sharpened as he extended his Divine Sense deeper into the castle. One of his Avatars, his third, was gone. Its soul thread had been severed, and no traces had remained.
At this point, the others, Kaela, Ryn, Elvar, Setsuna, and Madoka, had already begun scanning the area. Their expressions shifted instantly. They could tell that Vale’s territory was in a pinch...
Thankfully, the enemies weren’t just Lesser Immortals. None of them had reached Earth level yet... Still, considering their numbers, even a Sky Immortal would have trouble fighting against so many since they still had a limited amount of Divinity they could store within their bodies.
If they want to defeat these invaders, they have to do it with overwhelming force.
"Ohh... There’s a lot of them, here..." Kaela muttered as she considered how to deal with this.
They couldn’t show any weakness, as the enemies might beco desperate and attack them without care for their lives... Even if they’re only Lesser Immortals, they could still be troubleso opponents.
It would be better to swiftly eliminate 30 to 50 of them and scare the rest of them...

The others followed instantly, appearing beside him in a flash of light and shadow...

When the group on the balcony manifested, he tensed... It was not because of their numbers, but because of what one shape suggested. The figure’s outline and aura matched the avatar they had just torn apart.
Then, nnena also confird the person’s identity.
Eryn, at his right, readied her Immortal Spell for any sneak attack... Arin and Gyn started slowly descending as they knew that they couldn’t just stay in one position. They need a better angle to fight against Vale’s team.
As soon as they heard nnena’s confirmation, Nyssa and Neylan knew that they had to execute their plan now...
"We’ll not waste our ti talking to him...." Kent sent through telepathy... "We’ll kill them now... Everyone, be ready to execute the Anti-Shadow Immortal Formation."
At his order, hundreds of Chaos Immortals synchronized. They cupped their palms to the air and drew up Chaos Energy...
They were protected by the other hundred Immortals to ensure that the ritual would be completed.

It was his very first Earth Immortal Spell that ca from the fusion of three Perfect Realm Shadow Spells, Night Grasp, Grave Mist, and Soul Tethering...
Soon, darkness answered the Chaos Field with its dense aura.... It poured outward from Vale like spilled ink, swallowing the suppression field’s edges until it was completely covered!
It didn’t end there... The Umbral Dominion expanded, covering the castle, the city, and the sky above in black!
While their Chaos Energy sought to scramble or destroy other spells, Vale’s Spells made it area perfectly suitable for Dark Arts!
