The Celestial Arts may be known as Immortal Arts or unique spells that could only be learned by soone who had obtained Divinity, but there was more to it than that.
Celestial Arts weren’t necessarily exclusive to those with Divinity. It was enough if they had the Golden Spell Light or the Evolved Spell Lights to record the Spell Model.
However, obtaining Evolved Spell Lights wasn’t easy. After all, even with Vale’s Divine Extraction System, he needed to combine eight normal Spell Lights to create a single evolved spell light and accommodate a Celestial Art.
As a matter of fact, despite being a Shadow Immortal, most of her spells weren’t Dark Arts. Most of them were Celestial Arts that boosted the power of her few Dark Spells.
’I’ll probably know more about it later on.’ Kaela thought to herself as she looked at the sixteen Arcane Towers.
Her gaze lingered on the towers as the airship approached...
Each one pulsed faintly with its own unique energy signature, and it was such a fascinating scene. Even in the Shadow Realm, she wouldn’t find anything like this at all.
She turned to Denise, curiosity rising. "Where did you even get these towers?"
Denise paused for a mont, then replied, "Vale obtained them from the Celestial Realm."
Kaela’s eyes widened. "The Celestial Realm? But... that realm was destroyed long ago. It collapsed during the last Divine War."
Denise blinked, then quickly corrected herself. "Ah...sorry, not the Celestial Realm itself. I ant from the Celestial Prison Realm. Well, I still heard they managed to enter a fragnt of the Celestial Realm. It was in a terrible condition, and only Dinsional Creatures lived there. Still, they got access to the Celestial Prison Realm from that dinsion. I’m not exactly sure."
Kaela gently nodded as she didn’t expect that parts or fragnts of the Celestial Realm still existed out there.
"That’s interesting... Celestial Prison Realm, huh..." She muttered.
Denise nodded. "Yes. It’s a sealed realm used by the Celestials to imprison dangerous beings. But it’s not what the na suggests. There weren’t many dangerous entities left when Vale arrived. They probably died because they weren’t being sustained anymore. Still, they found so survivors inside, barely hanging on. They were the forgotten races... The Asura, Angels, and various beastkin who had been sealed away for political reasons or ancient conflicts."
Kaela chuckled. "So the Shadow Domain’s special residents... they’re all from there?"
"Yes..." Denise confird. "Vale brought them back..."
Kaela looked out again, amused. "I didn’t expect the Shadow Domain to be possess so much secrets..."
The airship began its descent, gliding toward a wide clearing where the sixteen towers stood in a loose formation. The terrain around them had been paved with stone platforms, formation nodes, and faint traces of defensive arrays marked the ground.
As they disembarked, Kaela imdiately noticed the presence of hundreds of hidden figures stationed around the towers. They stood silently, unmoving, but their aura was unmistakable...
They seed like assassins!
She turned to Denise. "Who are they?"
Denise hesitated for a mont since she had no idea what she was talking about... However, before she could ask what she ant, her eyes lit up with realization.
"Right! Vale also brought back more than three hundred Shadow Sentinels from the prison realm. Their only mission is to protect these sixteen towers. They’re supposed to be with the Demon Saints. But the Chaos Immortals killed all of them during the last siege. Now, only the Sentinels remain."
Kaela looked around, impressed. "That’s a lot of Shadow Sentinels."
She knew about the Shadow Sentinels, but she thought that they were only exclusive in the Shadow Realm.
She didn’t expect to see them appear in this lower realm.
"I’ve only seen them once when Vale introduced them..." Denise admitted. "After that, they vanished into the towers’ periter. They don’t speak and leave this place unless they are ordered by Vale."
Kaela couldn’t help but feel impressed as she stepped forward to have a closer look at the towers.
***
In the anti, while Kaela walked toward the Arcane Towers, Vale was enjoying a rare mont of peace within the heart of his newly unsealed Immortal Tower.
The six-story structure felt so different from the normal Arcanist Tower...
Its walls seed to amplify his range of Spells... It was as if it were responding to his presence like a living extension of his will.
Then, he also confird the structures on each floor that had been designed with a purpose, like ditation chambers, artifact vaults, training halls, and various things that Seven had already discussed before.
But what caught Vale’s attention most was the Arcane Condensation Array embedded into the tower’s foundation.
Seven ntioned that the lowest he got was five Spirit Stones per day since the Tower’s location was terrible...
However, it seed that Vale’s luck was good this ti.
Click.
A Spirit Stone dropped into the containnt tray after an hour!
Vale smiled seeing this.
"One per hour...?" he muttered, checking the flow rate and stabilization runes. "That’s twenty-four a day. Not bad!"
He was definitely satisfied with that result.
That was more than enough to sustain the tower’s passive formations and still leave a surplus for cultivation or trade. With a few adjustnts, he could even redirect the excess to fuel the Shadow Domain’s outer formation...
’It’s efficient. Just as Seven promised.’
After confirming the array’s stability, Vale turned his attention to sothing more personal.
He reached into his robes and retrieved a black amulet... It was the free item he obtained after purchasing two Spirit Beasts.
The rchant in the Shadow Realm had called it a Spirit Vault Amulet...
It could house up to twenty Spirit Beasts, each stored in a stasis field that preserved their condition and allowed for instant deploynt.
Of course, he had already filled it before leaving the Shadow Realm.s
Vale channeled a sliver of energy into the amulet, and two pulses responded.
The first to erge was a fox-like creature with blue fur, and the temperature dropped the mont it appeared. It was the Frostborne Vulpestra worth 750 Divine Crystals.
After that, a panther-like creature appeared. It was none other than Nightreaver Shroudfang that Vale purchased for 700 Divine Crystals before!
