Gyn imdiately frowned as soon as he heard that the Arcanists Association had deed their Chaos Arts as Forbidden Arts.
Yes, it was certainly a strong Arcane Path that could break the balance of the Arcanists, but it shouldn’t be forbidden!
After all, the Chaos Arts itself had a huge requirent to practice... As a matter of fact, after staying here for a few days, Gyn and his team already knew that even with Philosopher’s Elixir, there weren’t new practitioners who could practice Chaos Arts.
Even the two practitioners being suppressed right now had only been able to practice through the help of various artifacts and tos left behind by the first Chaos Arts Practitioners.
At this ti, Gyn looked at the group of Arcanists.
These arcanists were skilled—too skilled for re bounty hunters.
And the way they moved... it was almost like they were holding back.
His gaze lingered on Thane and Zarall.
Sothing about them felt... familiar.
But now wasn’t the ti.
"Go," Gyn repeated, his voice softer now. "Tell your Association that the Obsidian Forest is no longer theirs to claim."
The two wounded Chaos Practitioners stared in awe. Aside from Gyn, they had never seen an Immortal of their own kind before.
Now, they felt excited and knew that they were saved.
Thane and Zarall looked at each other and hesitated, then gave the slightest nod.
"We’ll retreat," Thane said, signaling to the others. "For now."
Apparently, the two of them received Vale’s ssage through telepathy...
Vale wanted them to follow Gyn and find their true hideout. Find the number of Immortals and other important information they needed.
It seed that Vale was also quite worried that the number of Immortals from the Chaos Arts Faction would actually overwhelm them.
If he could suppress these Immortals, Vale would’ve done it quickly.
However, for now, he had to find out more about his enemies destined to create chaos.
Jessie looked like she wanted to protest, but one glance at Zarall’s expression silenced her.
As they turned to leave, Gyn’s voice stopped them one last ti.
"And if your masters send more hunters?"
Zarall didn’t look back.
"Then they’d better send Immortals."
To be honest, Zarall was also frustrated with the instructions given to them. After all, he believed that with Thane’s help, they could suppress the Immortal just now.
Vale even had the ability to control the Immortal, so there shouldn’t be a problem if Vale simply used his Slave Mark Spell or sothing similar.
Unfortunately, Vale had decided to be extra careful instead. It was all because he was still unsure about the limit of Chaos Arts Practitioners’ powers.

Just like that, Gyn led the two wounded Chaos Practitioners deeper into the Obsidian Forest...
However, after so ti, Gyn cast a barrier made of Chaotic Energy that disrupts any sort of tracking or detection spells aid at them...
After that, Gyn held their hands and the world started warping...
"Ahhh..."
"Teleportation? No, warping?"
The two practitioners were shocked and elated. It seed that they had really chosen the correct Arcane Path!
Soon, they arrived in front of another forest. Gyn didn’t speak as he carried the two and moved forward.
Then, as the trees thinned, they realized that they were approaching a clearing—and they were right. After so ti, they arrived at a small but bustling town.
Houses of dark timber and stone lined the streets. There were Arcanists in simple robes moving around, trading goods, repairing structures, and children playing on the streets. At a glance, it looked like any other frontier settlent.
However, the two young Practitioners noticed that this was no ordinary town. At the very least, since they were brought here by the Immortal, it ans that this place was special.
"We’re just integrating ourselves with the common folks. Hiding or creating your own safe haven will make you an easy target." Gyn said, pointing out what the two did wrong.
Instead of trying to suppress their Chaos Arts and hide with other normal Arcanists, they actually decided to show off too much and ended up getting hunted.
Of course, the two weren’t weak either but they really had to learn how to humble themselves.
"Yes, Lord." The two reply in unison.
Gyn then guided the two newcors inside a hotel that they owned.
Indeed, they brought a small hotel in the town to act as their front for eting new Chaos Arts Practitioners.
Needless to say, the inside looked normal to avoid suspicions.
However, as Chaos Arts Practitioners, they were able to easily make so changes in the hotel rooms.
Inside one of the rooms, the space was larger than it should have been...
This room itself was already as huge as the hotel...
There was a round table inside where four figures sat—Kent, Thassa, Veylis, and Rokan...
Kent looked up as Gyn entered.
"You got the strays," he muttered.
The two Practitioners dropped to one knee. "W-We thought we were the last of our kind!"
Kent’s lips curled. "You’re not." He gestured to the table. "Sit. Tell us everything you know about this realm and how you learn the Chaos Arts."
Just like that, the two recounted their struggles—hiding, scavenging old tos, barely surviving the purges of other Arcanists, and others.
Kent then exchanged glances with the others.
"Then it’s as we feared," Thassa murmured. "The Council’s successors still hunt us."
"Which ans we move faster," Kent said. "We need to reconnect with that damn portal."
He then turned to the newcors. "You’ll stay here and train. We’re planning on reclaiming this world—one stronghold at a ti."

"That’s harder than I thought..." Thane and Zarall said as they couldn’t help but thank Vale for leading them here. They were almost lost when Gyn used a warping technique after all.
After a few minutes, Vale’s voice echoed in their minds.
"Well?"
Thane then started with the report. "Five Immortals confird.... They’ve integrated into a town, disguised as normal arcanists. The civilians are either allies or unaware."
