And for business matters like opening a shop, where it’s clear money can be made, she surely wouldn’t miss the opportunity.
The words of persuasion Qi Taiguo had on the tip of his tongue were swallowed back when he saw her bright, sparkling eyes.

Qi Taiguo’s heart skipped a beat and he said, "It depends on the military branch or personal capability. So people really do stay in one place their whole life." Seeing her thoughtful expression, he asked, "Why, are you worried about being transferred?"
Cheng Su glanced at him and said, "I don’t know. A transfer should an more opportunities, right?"
"It’s fifty-fifty. So people, having stayed in one place for a long ti, may not be willing to move. Each place is different, and going sowhere else ans you have to establish yourself again, which surely requires so audacity and accomplishnts!" Qi Taiguo said, "Even in those ancient military camps, each new general faced so sort of old guard problem. Without handling it well, making big achievents is hard."
That made sense, Cheng Su nodded and said, "Alright, let’s not talk about it anymore, let’s sleep. Tomorrow we have to send the elders off!"
Qi Taiguo let out a sigh of relief, thinking, this trap I dug early on, if she does fall into it in the future, it won’t be too shocking, right?
