The shadow rose from the dark sea, a whale head so vast it could devour the world surfaced, it roared to the sea of dark clouds above.
It roars were silent yet so powerful he felt them shake his very soul. Before he could process that a will so vast and powerful it seed to bend the world pressed on him.
A dense sea below and a mountainous will above made him feel the world was crushing him, this was not like will suppression which rely overpowers ones will creating an illusion of pressure.
No, this was real, the will was placing a physical pressure on the world. The ocean sank for as far as his eyes could see and his scales cracked from the pressure.
He felt the sweet taste of blood on his tongue. He forced his head to rise and look at her.
The light on the golden soldiers dimd significantly, she then waved her hand and a drop of water appeared infront of her, then another and another and another until they blotted the out sky.
With a wave of her hand the water drops shot out like bullets, they turned into streaks of light and reached the soldiers instantly.
The golden soldiers waved their spears and blocked the first and second wave, the third pushed them back but they survived it but by the fourth the drops broke through their defences.
They drilled holes in the bodies. When the barrage ended the soldiers appeared with dozens of holes in their bodies and their horses.
Then they all turned into light particles and disappeared. The golden sheen on the spear dimd even further becoming even closer to yellow than gold.
The eyes on the vessel spirit appeared tired and it gigantic body shattered and turned back into human size, it breath was heavy, he didn’t even know it could breath.
" Are you convinced yet you uncultured geezer." " I have more culture than your entire race combined beast. Do not get cocky, I still have a few moves left, the outco of this fight is not yet known."
" Are you stupid?, ofcourse you are, what a stupid question. You’re barely standing you stubborn human headed shitty geezer, the outco is already decided, you’ve lost."
Ved’s expression was strange, is human headed supposed to be an insult? " If you call pretty big sister I might forgive you and not shatter your spirit." She said.
" Dream on you fat beast, I will perish before I call you that." " Thank you for noticing I’m big, I eat a lot because I’m strong." Her voice sounded a bit happy.
The spirit face twitched. She continued " You’re a strange old ghost, you’re dumb and ugly but atleast you know how to complint a lady, I might not kill you afterall."
" Tha..that was supposed to be an insult you’re stupid beast." " Why? Being big is good, it ans you are strong and can hunt a lot, you are very strange."
" In my ti, humans considered a slim figure as a symbol of beauty so you know I was calling undesirable as a mate."
" But I’m very desirable as mate, I have many male whales fawning over . Humans are very strange, why would being skinny be more attractive?, skinny whales are weak and have low bloodlines."
Ved’s mouth twitched, the more he watched Ursela the more she sounds like a blockhead, he was wondering where the wise sounding motherly version he first t went.
The spirit sighed." Talking to you is draining, let end this farce right now, I will show you the power of an intent comprehension realm vessel."
She scoffed at that, " Ha, who are you fooling? You think I don’t know you can’t use intent without your holder? You don’t have a soul, you can’t even use an image let alone intent.
The only reason your power is even at the projection realm( rank 5) is because of the purity of your essence and the strength of your physical body.
So stop trying to fool old man, I’m smarter than you." The vessel spirit sighed then attacked.
It body rged with the spear and they shot at her like a ray of golden light. She punched out and the spear flew back even faster.
Then it flew at her again and again attacking relentlessly from every direction. To Ved’s eyes it appeared like a golden streak of light that flew around her in circles leaving a trail of gold everywhere it passed.
She casually blocked all of it attacks, their collision cracked the sky and sparks flew like fireworks igniting the world montarily.
Then the spear shot up and flew to the dark clouds that had gathered above them. Golden light blood from it painting the clouds gold.
Thunder and lightning roared around it, it cut through the clouds like a knife through butter ignoring the lightning bolt that hit it every now and then.
It rose so high Ved could nolonger see it but he could sense the intensifying aura above the dark clouds, the aura continued to rise until it reached levels that shook his soul.
Fear blood like a flower inside his heart but he could not run even if he wanted to. Ursela looked up with a bored expression as if the aura ant nothing to her.
Then the dark sea in her image churned creating waves that reached the clouds, the endlessly large whale head opened it mouth as if to devour the whole sky.
Drops of water rose from the ocean below and gathered above her, more and more ca until they ford a small spinning vortex of water above her, barely 3 tres in diater.
Then a streak of light shot down at her from the clouds like lightning. When it touched the vortex it power disappeared like smoke and the golden light scattered.
She raised her hand and grabbed the spear stopping it dead on it tracks, it vibrated and struggled but no matter how much it did it couldn’t break free.
Tiny water drops gathered around it and entered the spear slowly. The spirit scread in agony and begged to no avail. " Beautiful big sister please do not kill this pitiful old man, I was foolish and did not recognise your greatness.
I’m just a lowly rusty ugly spear, do not lower your magnificent self by killing such a pitiful thing." Ved’s mouth twitched, this old spear was really shaless.
" What are we looking at?" He suddenly heard a beautiful curious voice beside him.
