Beneath a vast, clear blue sky, the sunlight, though not scorching, was still quite glaring.
At the end of the road in front of the Heart of Myriad Spirits, the refurbishnt of an entire street of storefronts was proceeding in an orderly and thodical manner.
However, with the dual support of machinery and Pet Beast power, over half of this construction project had already been completed in less than two months.
Four figures erged from the main entrance of the Heart of Myriad Spirits, crossed the road, and stood before a relatively unique, fully constructed doorway, looking up.
The plaque on this door was vastly different from those of the other establishnts still under construction, including the Heart of Dream Experience Hall.
It was a large, dark red plaque.
Upon the plaque were only three large characters: ’Heart of Soul’.
"That fellow surnad Bai sure moves fast!"
The speaker was none other than Li Shu. Beside him were Ding Xiaolong, Zhao Qingqing, and Guan Lili, all of whom were now at the Heart of Myriad Spirits.
Li Shu was quite familiar with this place, having visited a few tis before. The other three, however, were clearly here for the first ti.
"Is this the Heart of Soul?"
Ding Xiaolong had arrived at the Heart of Myriad Spirits and, over the past two days, had gained a general understanding of it. After learning about the scale of the Heart of Myriad Spirits, even this proud Genius Breeder couldn’t help but marvel at Su Ping’s ambitious vision. Li Shu, as a veteran, naturally began the introduction. "Bro Ping’s idea is that, in addition to housing Undead Pet Beasts that can be fostered and bred, this place will mainly host activities like haunted houses and survival-thed events. This not only provides new entertainnt for visitors but also helps the Undead Pet Beasts maintain their activity levels. A large part must have been completed recently, as Bro Ping has been holed up here for a day or two. Apart from yesterday when Old Liu ca looking for him, I haven’t seen him since."
Zhao Qingqing and Ding Xiaolong nodded, pushed open the large door of the Heart of Soul, and walked inside.

It had to be said, this fellow indeed had so tricks up his sleeve. The Undead Pet Beasts he had previously selected weren’t exactly chosen to cause trouble, but they certainly weren’t creatures that had spent a long ti with humans or had any affinity for them. Yet, in less than two months, this guy had nearly completed their training. This was enough to prove that Bai Cang truly possessed the talent to be a Breeder.
"Breeder Su said he’ll have us go to the Zombie Settlent, and to the inner cultivation chamber of the Paperman Spirit Hall, to find him. He has sothing to discuss with us," Bai Cang said hurriedly.
He cherished this opportunity greatly. In this world, professions dealing with Pet Beasts—such as Breeders, Combat Beast Tars, and countless sub-branches like potion researchers specializing in Magic Potion cultivation, or various kinds of chanists—were vastly different from other occupations. Securing a chance to enter this field ant an opportunity to rise above others.
He had previously worked for a long ti as an intern Breeder and designer at the Ghost Dragon Breeding Base in the Imperial Capital, all in anticipation of such an opportunity. To his surprise, upon returning to Jianghai for the New Year, while feeling lost about his future, his cousin delivered this great news, allowing him to smoothly gain Su Ping’s appreciation and recognition.

Two track trains operated on separate lines for entry and exit. The dark, gloomy passage resembled the last train depicted in various urban legends.
It was profoundly dark; only the two trains, blinking with sinister red lights, were visible. They resembled monstrous beasts with maws agape in the darkness, awaiting their prey.
The red-lit train seed to be heading straight to hell.
