The vine disappeared, the mist dissipated.
The previously entangled pet beast, caught off guard, fell downwards.
Qiao Sang, quick-eyed and deft, ran forward to catch it.

The pet beast with two hands, two feet, and three eyes, the one on its forehead red, stared blankly at the human who caught it.

"Mask!"
The three-eyed pet beast ca to its senses, quickly floated to the side.
