"How did you know I like this flavor?"
He Yun struggled to hold back laughter, "Because soone who goes to a bar orders hot milk with sugar, so I guessed you wouldn’t be used to black coffee."
Wu Chang defended, "I just ordered hot milk, the sugar was brought by the bartender."
He Yun put on a face of belief and said, "Yes, yes, yes."
Wu Chang steered the conversation back, "The universe I saw is not just the starry sky above us, but the true aning of the universe, connecting countless worlds."
"There, I saw a world shatter like a bubble, swallowed by the universe in an instant, leaving not even a trace. In that space, I felt sothing uncomfortable, as if sothing big was happening."
He Yun asked, "If my original plan fails, will my world beco like the bubble you described?"
Wu Chang: "Maybe."
He Yun rested her head on Wu Chang’s shoulder, "I can’t imagine such a future."
Wu Chang imdiately responded, "Then don’t think about it. As long as I’m here, I won’t let that happen."
"How should I repay you then?" He Yun’s voice ca from beside Wu Chang’s ear.
Before Wu Chang could speak, he was toppled onto the sofa by He Yun.
Wu Chang looked at He Yun, sitting astride him with excitent, and stamred:
"This is the office, people are coming and going outside, isn’t this inappropriate?"
He Yun said, "88, activate quiet office mode."
With a ding, the glass windows on the office hallway side and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the entire Energy Mine turned opaque black.
"Now no one can disturb us."
"Wait!" Wu Chang shouted again.
He Yun sighed and said, "What’s the matter now?"

Wu Chang swallowed hard, with a flattering smile on his face, said, "There’s sothing I need to confess."
He Yun squinted, her expression serious, "Are you gay?"
"I’m not, I’m not, don’t talk nonsense! You can’t joke about that!" Wu Chang imdiately denied.
He Yun breathed a sigh of relief and asked, "Then what else do you need to confess."
Wu Chang hesitated many tis before bracing himself to say, "You must have heard from Gu Feng that I’m not from this Plane, we live in another Plane and often travel through others."

He Yun took a deep breath, looked at Wu Chang, her eyes glittering with a predator’s gleam.
"I sympathize with her situation, but I’ve said, in my world, if you don’t act on things you value, they will be snatched away imdiately. So, since she hasn’t learned to live like a normal person, I will make the first move."
Wu Chang: "But..."
"There’s no but." He Yun interrupted.
"Whatever happens afterward, you don’t need to tell , as long as you don’t bring her into my world, I can pretend not to know. But before that, I want to leave more marks on you to hold you accountable for what you’ve said to before."
