Yan Xinxin put down the piping tool in her right hand, angled her body slightly, and just as she was about to lift her head to protest, Mo Chuxi’s right hand suddenly tilted up her chin toward one side of his face—

Mo Chuxi parted his lips slightly, sounding a bit displeased.

After tidying up the dining area, Yan Xinxin handed two sugar-free mini cakes she had packed to Mo Chuxi.
Little Chenxi stood by Mo Chuxi’s leg, her tiny hand tugging at his shirt.
"Daddy, Xixi doesn’t want to go back yet."
She furrowed her little eyebrows, her eyes filled with reluctance.
Yan Xinxin crouched down, gently patted little Chenxi’s head, and smiled softly.
"Xixi, be a good girl. Sister Xinxin will be waiting for you to co back again."
"Really?"
"Of course it’s true!"
Yan Xinxin smiled and nodded, then raised her right hand and extended her pinky.
"How about we make a pinky promise?"
A pinky promise?
Mo Chuxi scoffed internally, how childish.
Yet, when his eyes lowered to et Yan Xinxin’s crescent-moon gaze and faint smile, his heartbeat quickened, and his mindset shifted entirely.
After sealing the promise, little Chenxi waved her tiny hand at Yan Chenxi.
"Bye-bye, Brother Chenxi."
"Make sure to co back!"
Yan Chenxi also felt reluctant; this pretty little sister was soone he loved playing with.

Mo Chuxi carried little Chenxi to the back seat and leaned down to buckle her seatbelt.
The little one blinked her sparkling eyes, staring earnestly at Mo Chuxi.
Daddy is so handso...
Little Chenxi giggled and suddenly leaned over, her little pink lips planting a kiss on Mo Chuxi’s cheek.
"..."
Mo Chuxi froze for a mont, swiftly raising his head, his sharp features serious as he stared at the innocent little face.
"Little one, do you even know what you’re doing?"
"Uh-huh, I know."
"Do you know you shouldn’t do things like that?"
Mo Chuxi paused, a hint of puzzlent crossing his mind.
Could this little one have seen sothing?
"You’re different from her."
Mo Chuxi gave a rather dismissive response.
"Hmm... how am I different? Xixi is a girl too!"
"You’re right, you are a girl."
Mo Chuxi curved his lips and patted her head, his gaze deep.
"But your sister Xinxin is my woman, so only she can."
