Did she really dare to leave? She thought what he said was real, so when she finished her tasks, she actually left? To see that Ethan Baird?
His gaze froze the mont she entered the elevator. From the surveillance, her face even showed a little bit of joy?
Could seeing Ethan make her that happy? His large hand clenched into a fist, squeezing so tightly that his knuckles protruded white, indicating the man’s anger.

He was working overti in the office, and not only was his woman not here to accompany him, she actually dared to run off to so dinner with another man. Picking up the phone, he dialed out. When it ca to things like this, Atlas Hallow was definitely not the type to endure; he had to make Charlotte realize the consequences of her actions.
After exiting the elevator and walking through the imposing lobby of the office building, Charlotte could feel almost everyone secretly looking at her.
Being the center of attention didn’t feel good, they were probably privately imagining the boundless romance happening in the CEO’s office on the top floor. But how would they know her current predicant?
Straightening her back, she elegantly walked out of the lobby, the sharp sound of her high heels echoing rhythmically, as if stepping on the hearts of those other won.
Their eyes seed to spark with little embers. Charlotte felt that if those sparks all flew out at once, they could burn her clothes into a fishnet, with holes beyond repair.
Before she even left the office building, the phone in her bag was already ringing cheerfully.
Atlas Hallow?
Had he realized she had left, and that’s why he was calling?
The ringtone echoed like a haunting lody; Charlotte slid the button to answer, her gentle voice resonating in the bustling lobby.
"Is there sothing you need?" She didn’t know what new trick he was about to pull, despite his mature and restrained appearance. Sotis he could be quite willful, just like now.
"Shouldn’t I be asking if you have sothing urgent, leaving in such a hurry?" Charlotte couldn’t see Atlas Hallow, so she couldn’t notice the fleeting, fearso chill in his eyes.
"I do have sothing, can’t I leave?" Charlotte proudly raised her head. So, Atlas Hallow could miscalculate too?
Did he think she was going to see Ethan Baird?
Since she wasn’t going to see Ethan, she had nothing to fear. Instead, she could joke with him properly. Who told him to be so detestable?
This woman really dared to provoke him?
Listening to the angry breaths on the phone, Charlotte felt much better. How did it feel to toy with Atlas Hallow?
