Any felt speechless in her mind. If this scene were seen by others, they would definitely be so shocked that their eyeballs would fall out of their sockets! A person with the noble status of a Tier-2 Grade alchemist was actually performing the salutations of a disciple in front of Darius, feeling honored rely because of being able to visit him!
"En, then I’ll take my leave," Darius said.
"Let see you off, Grandmaster!" Gabriel Jones quickly said.
"Oh, right. Any, did you bring any money with you? Help pay for dicine in advance," Darius suddenly turned towards Any that was beside him and said.
Any, of course, now knew that these herbs were intended for Dariu’s pavilion and not for his own use, so she couldn’t stop her lips from twitching, thinking that this guy really knew how to make the best use of everything. He had just taken her in as a follower, and now he was aiming for her purse...
"No need, no need!" Gabriel Jones hurriedly waved his hands. The alchemical knowledge he heard from Darius today was invaluable; how could he bear to take Darius’s paynt for the pill ingredients? "Great Master, please do allow to express so of my gratitude by waving the paynt."
Darius acted as though he was pondering for a mont, then said, "Then do as you like."
Though he had only casually taught Gabriel Jones a bit, he was the actual inheritor of the system’s wealth of knowledge. This little bit of teaching would be enough for Gabriel Jones to benefit from for the rest of his life, given his talent.
Gabriel imdiately looked delighted. To be able to do sothing for Darius, even if it was only such a small favor, made him extrely elated. He even felt honored!
"Then I’ll buy so Replenishing Spiritual Pills," Darius said after thinking for a while.
"Replenishing Spiritual Pill, this kind of cheap thing, how can I let Grandmaster buy it? Anyway, it’s sothing I can casually create, so naturally, it’ll be a gift to Grandmaster," Gabriel quickly said.
Anywas once again rendered speechless. Replenishing Spiritual Pill could allow a cultivator to quickly recover his spritual energy. It was an indispensable support during combat, and it was not sothing simple that could be "casually created".
Although Darius only required the lowest level Lower Grade Replenishing Spiritual Pills, even one of them would be worth three silver coins at least.
Gabriel was very generous, imdiately giving Darius one hundred Replenishing Spiritual Pills. If it were not for the fact that Darius was still only in the first realm and could only take low-level Replenishing Spiritual Pills, he would definitely have presented him with high-level Replenishing Spiritual Pills instead.
Darius and Any descended down the stairs and left, seen off by Gabriel.
"Where are we going now?" Any could not help asking after the two had walked for a while.
Darius smiled slightly, and said, "Naturally ho, to wait for the herbs to be delivered." Without increasing his heart thod affinity and power, he had no way to start cultivating for real. It should be known that for Team Leader Kevin head, he got ten years of power, the real amount was ten tis more but the system told him since it wasn’t him who found the mission and submitted, the reward of power will only be a tenth.
Darius found reasonable since if he got such amount of power by rely sitting in a chair, he would beco invinclbe in a matter of years. Still, he felt that using this pill as well could also help him save more power since his heart thod will be easier to cultivate, hence faster cultivation.
In fact, this is the reason why he didn’t yet use any of that power but wated to first starting to concot pills and make that pill. The benefits were there, all he needed was ti and him acquiring missions and spreading the pavilion fa will beco much easier.
At the side, Any curiously asked, "You really know how to concoct pills?"
"There should be no one in this world who knows that better than ," Darius bluntly said, not forgetting to act mysterious even otuside of the pavilion.
"You’re bragging!" Any harrumphed. Although Darius had completely subdued Gabriel, the middle-aged man was only a Tier-2 Grade alchemist. There were still alchemists of Tier-3 Grade and Tier-4 Grade above him!
Darius did not argue with her. He truly believed that with ti, the system wealth of knowldge it could provide would truly be the best in the world, but he couldnt possibly explain such things to Any and rely stopped talking.
"Why didn’t you agree to let Grandmaster Gabriel follow by your side? He’s not only an alchemist but also a warrior of the qi acupoint realm," Any asked.
Darius paused in his step, turned over to look at her, and continued walking forward, saying: "First, whatever you are worried about won’t happen, the pavilion is safe under my watch. Second, I don’t need anyone to concoct pills for . Third, if I really need to have soone by my side, then a beautiful girl is far easier on the eyes than an old man."
He could easily read the girl thoughts, she was deeply worried about her fortuitous encounter which is the cultivation rooms and pavilion itself that she just wanted Darius to take that chance and rope Gabriel in, but how could he do that. Even if he wanted to, the system would never allow him unless he chose him as a guardian.
Neverthless, the system didn’t react to Gabriel which ant that his cultivation talent was worse than his alchemy skills, making him unstuitable as a guardian for Immortal Pavilion. Unlike a regular guardian, the system ntioned that he would nurtured the pavilion’s guardian and make him a top-powerhouse, loyal beyond comprehension.
Gabriel was nowhere near close to such restrictions made by the system. Darius couldn’t help but chuckle hearing Any words.
Any could not help but be speechless. However, his words did cause her to be a little pleased deep within her heart.
"I’ll go to the pavilion first. I still have things to take care of," Darius said.
Any could not help feeling a bit excited and her steps quickened.
But Darius looked at her strangely at this mont and couldn’t help but add.
"Alone."
