When Jas Black said ’right now’, he ant it. He was gripping the phone in his hand, and changing a nickna was really a matter of a few seconds. By the ti Jane Sampson started calling out to him, he had already clicked complete, and the three words ’Jane Sampson’ were replaced by the two words ’wife’.
Then Jas Black said, "Indeed, the two words ’wife’ are indeed more pleasing to the eye than the three words ’Jane Sampson’."
Peter Gingery, standing next to him, was taken aback and interjected, "Brother, do you think that comnt was a complint? It sounds to like you’re dissatisfied with Jane’s na."

As Jas Black hurled those two words at Peter Gingery, Jane Sampson was also shouting at Jas Black over the phone.
Initially, Jane Sampson hadn’t felt like her na was being disparaged by Jas Black, but after hearing Peter Gingery say it, she began to feel slighted.
So be it, obsessing over a nickna is pointless, Jane Sampson asked lazily, "It’s all a misunderstanding. I’ll pull you out of the blacklist in a second. Also, why were you calling ?"

This ti, it was Peter Gingery’s turn to hold his forehead. Jane Sampson, oh Jane Sampson, didn’t you understand that his brother thought she wanted him to co ho? Why clarify things so emphatically at that mont?
As expected, Jas Black’s face grew darker, "When I left, I said ’maybe,’ ’possibly.’ I didn’t tell you for certain."

Jane Sampson hastily hung up the phone, then imdiately freed Jas Black’s number from the blacklist, and just as easily changed the nickna ’husband’ back to ’Jas Black.’
That ’husband’ nickna, it just felt too cheesy.
