So, Jane Sampson naturally had never gone to the top floor.
"No, you pressed the right button, I’m taking you directly to the top floor," Rock Bell said cheerfully, "I’m taking you up to handle so termination of contract matters. Congratulations, little Jane, you’re about to beco your own boss."
Knowing that Jas Black hadn’t ntioned this to Jane Sampson, Rock Bell found Jane’s bewildered expression even more adorable when she saw it.
She was in a good mood and pinched Jane’s cheek, laughing, "Your Gary Black hasn’t told you yet. He called last Sunday to discuss the termination of the contract. We agreed to set up a studio, and these few days I’ve been negotiating with several high-level executives of the company about the termination of the contract for the three of us."
Of course, that included Coco Edwards who was waiting downstairs.
Coco Edwards had signed a labor contract with the company, so naturally, taking her away would involve handling her termination contract as well.
"Such a big deal? Why hasn’t he ntioned it to ?" Jane Sampson was utterly astonished.
These days, although she had been filming until late every day, she had contacted Jas Black every day.
If not by WhatsApp, then a phone call before sleep.
But Jas Black had never ntioned setting up a studio to her.
"This man, he acts but doesn’t talk, when he cares for soone, it all shows in his actions, he never thought of claiming credit," Rock Bell praised Jas, "Nowadays, it’s rare to find a man with such a steady nature, good for you, you found him."
"What kind of magic soup did he feed you, Sister Tin? You never used to praise him like this?" Jane Sampson puffed her cheeks, "Sister Tin, you’ve betrayed ."
"Yeah, just because he’s generous, I’m going to betray," Rock Bell directly nodded.
Being able to freely give her 30% of the shares showed that Jas Black was really generous, and she knew in his heart he was not a proud, ungrateful person. He knew that Jane Sampson had gotten to where she was today, from a newcor in just half a year, largely because of Rock Bell’s efforts.
So Jas rembered the good Rock Bell had done for Jane Sampson and was naturally generous to Rock Bell.
Although Rock Bell had not ultimately taken those 30% of the shares for no reason, she also similarly rembered this kindness from Jas.
In relationships between people, it’s always a mutual process.
"The studio’s shareholders will only be you and , you hold 70% of the shares, and I hold 30%. Since we haven’t started setting things up, I haven’t discussed these matters with you. After we terminate the contract with the company, we can talk in detail," Rock Bell asked, "I’m investing, you don’t have any objections, right?"
"Of course not!" Jane Sampson nodded repeatedly, "With Sister Tin involved, I’m all the more thrilled."
Jane Sampson knew her own capabilities and understood that even if the studio were established, it would rely on Rock Bell to manage it; all she could do was focus on filming.
Rock Bell smiled at Jane Sampson, and wasn’t surprised by Jane’s response; after all, Jane’s nature was not that of a dominator.
"By the way, do you know the reason Jas Black told he wanted to set up the studio?" Rock Bell, holding Jane’s hand as they exited the elevator, said with a teasing tone, "He only told one thing—he wants to get you to the position of Movie Queen as quickly as possible. Honestly, I had never realized before that Jas Black had such high expectations for you."
