Seeing the WhatsApp ssage from Coco Edwards, Jas Black opened it to find a video.
Upon playing the video, he saw Jane Sampson half asleep.
Her makeup hadn’t been completely removed, but she was sleeping soundly and deeply.
In all their years of marriage, Jas had never heard her snore, yet through the phone video, listening to her soft sounds, he found it unexpectedly adorable.
Seeing Jane unafraid made Jas feel relieved.
"I’ve already contacted soone to rush over, but it will take so ti, please take good care of her for ." — Jane Sampson’s Mr. Black
"It is my duty." — Coco Edwards.
After replying, Coco Edwards put away her mobile phone.
After Jas read the ssage, he exited WhatsApp and called Jas Chip, aning to have him calm the villagers before the police arrived, agreeing to whatever they said for the ti being, as they had to use delaying tactics.
Having dealt with Jas Chip a few tis, Jas sowhat understood his temper, so he didn’t delay and imdiately made the call.
However, when Jas tried calling Jas Chip several tis and no one answered, he realized that things might be developing in the worst possible direction.
At the hotel, just as Coco Edwards feared, the thing she dreaded most had finally happened.
The villagers’ attitude infuriated the film crew’s personnel and so actors, especially so veteran actors who had never encountered such unreasonable people; thus, there was no room for discussion, and they outright rejected the villager’s demands.
So villagers used extrely offensive language, which completely enraged the film crew. Initially, there was verbal abuse between both sides and later, it was unclear who pushed whom first, but it escalated into physical altercations.
Jas Chip also had a volatile temper and was protective of his team; having never been treated this way, he rolled up his sleeves and started yelling curses as well.
The situation progressively spiraled out of control, and eventually, so villagers took out their farming tools and began attacking with them.
Once the weapons were involved, blood was spilled imdiately; the young and hot-blooded, seeing the ferocious farrs, either scurried out of the crowd to flee or picked up anything they could use as a weapon and joined in the fight.
The chaos at the hotel was so intense that Coco Edwards could hear it from hundreds of ters away.
"Jane, it’s bad, they’ve started fighting at the hotel." Coco Edwards clenched her teeth, cursing internally, fearing exactly this would happen.
After saying this, Coco imdiately started the car and took off.
Jane was jolted awake by Coco’s words and sat up, looking confused, "How did a fight break out? Did Jas Chip not manage the situation?"
"I don’t know either," Coco responded.
Initially, she was quite afraid, but she thought that with Jas Chip there, he could at least hold things off for so ti.
Both Jane and Coco thought Jas Chip would know to first stabilize the villagers. When Coco was leaving with Jane, she had even sent Jas Chip a text ssage, warning him that the villagers had hidden hoes and other farming tools and to be cautious.
So neither of them had expected that in such a short amount of ti, a fight would break out directly.
