Jane Sampson stealthily tugged on Bright Sampton’s sleeve, signaling him not to speak out of turn.
And at that mont, Sister Shaw’s friend and Sister Shaw herself were shocked to find out from their conversation that President Miller had intervened.
"Should I bring the docunts to President Miller’s office?" Sister Shaw’s friend tentatively asked their own general manager.
Rachel Miller humd in affirmation and nodded her head directly.
Afterward, Jane Sampson led Bright Sampton and the others straight up to the administrative office area on the top floor, where Rachel Miller’s office was located on the top right side.
After bringing people in, Rachel Miller first called her secretary to serve tea to everyone, and then she started briefing her subordinates. After finishing the briefing, she didn’t return to her office imdiately, but stood in the doorway to discuss other matters with her subordinates.
At that point, Sister Shaw moved next to Jane and sat down, asking softly, "You know this President Miller?"
Jane shook her head, "We’ve t once. He’s a friend of my old boss, President Brownstone. I happened to see him in President Brownstone’s office when I went there before terminating my contract with the company. But I only saw him once and didn’t even get to exchange a word. This is only the second ti I’ve seen him."
"That’s strange," Sister Shaw comnted. "My friend told before that though their general manager isn’t particularly difficult to deal with, he’s definitely not a warm-hearted person. Yet, he seems quite concerned about your matter. I thought you knew him before."
After saying this, Sister Shaw laughed, "But it’s great that President Miller is willing to help. The information that my friend couldn’t access is rely a trivial matter for President Miller."
Then Sister Shaw patted Jane’s hand reassuringly and added, "Don’t worry, am I not here with you? It’ll be fine."
Jane smiled gratefully at Sister Shaw and whispered a thank you.
To be honest, her relationship with Sister Shaw really was a chance encounter, at most linked through Jas Black and Old Young as teammates. However, Sister Shaw had imdiately dropped everything at the hotpot restaurant and co over to help Jane with everything the mont she ran into trouble.
Because it was an order given by Rachel Miller, the requested docunts were delivered with the utmost speed by her subordinates.
In less than ten minutes, all of Guest Room 1933’s client information and CCTV footage were in Rachel Miller’s hands.
Businessn, especially those like Rachel Miller who could secure such a position nowadays, were no fools.
After getting the items, she went straight to the point, "Would you like to see the information or the video first?"
"Let’s see the information first," Jane said. "I want to see if I recognize this person."
Rachel Miller humd in response and handed over the docunts in her hand.
Jane thanked her and took the docunts, flipping them open to find that the information for Guest Room 1933’s client was indeed very comprehensive.
In addition to the client’s ID card information, there were details of their paynt thods, booking ti, check-in ti, and check-out ti.
"This person..." Sister Shaw leaned in for a glance at the folder in Jane’s hands and furrowed her eyebrows, "is a notorious gambler and a hooligan."
"Do you recognize this man, Miss Shaw?"
"Sister Shaw, you know him?"
Rachel Miller had asked just a second before Jane, but the two seed to be in sync.
"He’s a known unemployed vagrant from the village next to your Brother Young. Born lazy and a glutton but addicted to gambling, he has racked up a huge debt, and debtors constantly chase him down to his old mother’s ho. Due to his poor character, he has never been married."
