Jane Sampson shrugged, "In this world of several billion people, so like a certain perfu and so don’t, isn’t that normal? I can’t expect everyone in the world to like it just because I do."
Jane Sampson’s expression was very calm, "Just like Jillian doesn’t like it, she can’t expect everyone in the world to dislike it either. It’s the sa principle. I like that perfu not only because it truly slls good but also because it was a gift from Jas Black. Because of the giver, this perfu holds a special significance for , hence, I am biased towards it."
Having said that, Jane Sampson looked up at Jas Carter and smiled softly, "Mr. Carter, if you have a chance to et Jillian, you can tell her that this perfu was a gift from my husband. Being a girl herself, she might understand the significance of this perfu."
"It’s true, you girls are all romantics," Jas Carter laughed along, "Perhaps after telling her, she might change her opinion of this perfu, but it is true that the person who gives it can impart a different significance."
Jane Sampson just smiled and remained silent, knowing that Jas Carter had not understood the underlying aning in her words.
But that’s alright, as long as Jillian understands.
If Jillian knew, she might indeed change her opinion but not towards liking the perfu.
Instead, she would dislike it even more.
As they spoke, both of them arrived at the conference entrance, got down from the car, and Jane Sampson handed her coat to Lucy Brisk who was waiting at the doorway. Jas Carter gracefully bent down to adjust her skirt hem, as her improved cheongsam with a trailing skirt looked very elegant.
After verifying the invitation at the entrance, Jane Sampson entered, arm in arm with Jas Carter.
Not even three ters inside, they reached the starting point of the red carpet. As soon as Jane Sampson and Jas Carter appeared at the door, all the dia inside quickly shifted their caras towards them.
"Mr. Carter, Ms. Sampton, could you please look at our cara so we can take a few photos?"
"Mr. Carter, Ms. Sampton, could we interview you about your feelings attending this music festival today?"
Jas Carter and Jane Sampson cooperatively stood there, smiling towards the cara direction for a few seconds, before Jas Carter began to answer a few questions. Jane Sampson, wearing a light smile all along, showed no intention of grabbing the microphone to speak. After Jas Carter had answered two questions, the two of them slowly walked further inside.
Thanks to Jas Carter, Jane Sampson’s seat this ti was very close to the front, near the stage. Although the view was good, Jane Sampson couldn’t help but complain internally that it was too close; it wasn’t convenient to wear a coat while sitting so close, as it didn’t look good on cara.
It seed unlikely to sneak away midway.
Alas, miscalculation.
With Jas Carter there, and now with Jane Sampson’s popularity here, as soon as they sat down, naturally people ca over to strike up a conversation.
As the Queen of Songs, Mair Williams naturally received an invitation too. She arrived a bit earlier than Jane Sampson and was waiting for her after taking her seat.
After that banquet, Mair Williams had been busy, and so had Jane Sampson, and they hadn’t t since.
Now, finally together again, Mair Williams imdiately switched places with soone to sit next to Jane Sampson. After greeting Jas Carter, Mair Williams started chatting with Jane Sampson.
