The entire afternoon’s filming went smoothly. After it was over, Jane Sampson first went to Quincy Forest’s studio to thoroughly remove her makeup, applied so lotion, dabbed on a bit of lipstick, and walked out of the makeup room.
She looked around at the doorway and saw that only Quincy was there. Jane glanced left and right and made a sound of curiosity, "Where’s Mr. Forest?"
"Stop searching, the Big Patron had urgent business and left." Quincy shrugged, then sneakily pulled out a bank card from behind her back. "But the Big Patron left us his card. Tonight, he’ll still be treating us. Whatever we want to eat, we can go ahead and eat!"
"Now that’s a Patron who truly puts effort into treating people right." Jane hugged Quincy, laughing brilliantly. With no assistants in tow, the two went straight to the dining hall they had booked earlier to indulge in a grand al.
In all of Capital Province, there’s really no place Jane and Quincy can’t afford to splurge at. But when it’s freely given versus their own money being spent—it’s a whole different story.
Stuff that doesn’t cost money always tastes better.
While eating at the dining hall, the two took plenty of photos. Quincy purposely posted them on Twitter and tagged Kane Forest.

When Jane saw this tweet, she forwarded it without hesitation. Then, linking arms with Quincy, she headed to the nearby luxury brands center for so shopping.
As soon as they entered the shopping mall, looking at the posters all over and hearing Quincy mumbling, "Every ti a holiday rolls around, they’re just rubbing it in single people’s faces. Woof woof woof, so heartbreaking."
Jane suddenly realized that International Valentine’s Day was around the corner.
And then she heard Quincy ask her, "So how are you and your Mr. Black going to spend Valentine’s Day? What are you planning to give him?"
Gift-giving.
Just thinking about the gift she gave him last Chinese Valentine’s Day made Jane feel nervous.
She thought it over, reasoning internally that she’d probably been well-behaved recently and hadn’t made any mistakes, right?
After a full minute of consideration, Jane finally felt reassured.
"I still don’t know what to give him." Jane glanced at the holiday rush in the shopping mall and hurriedly pulled her mask from her purse and put it back on.
"True, gifts for your Mr. Black aren’t easy to pick," Quincy agreed, nodding. "Jewelry? Because of his occupational relations, he pretty much can’t wear it. Clothes? Not very aningful. He doesn’t get much occasion to wear those normally either."
"Exactly!" Jane nodded repeatedly. "It’s such a headache. So, Quincy, don’t ever go for soone like that in the future. Once holidays co around, you’ll stress out so much you’ll lose hair."
"Ha!" Quincy chuckled aloud. "I want to find those well-behaved little puppies, the kind that will cheer up every single day."
While chatting, the two continued to walk further inside. Quincy’s love for lively scenes far exceeded Jane’s. Seeing a stage set up at the center of the shopping mall with intense music blasting out front, Quincy imdiately grabbed Jane and rushed over excitedly.
"Oh my goodness~" Once they got close, they realized it wasn’t just the music that was bold—it was the stage itself.
Jane’s eyes widened in amazent. On stage, a very famous international underwear brand was hosting a publicity event, with a group of muscular male models strutting down the runway.
Yes, they were purely showcasing all kinds of underpants.
"Oh my god~" Quincy grabbed Jane’s hand and shook it fervently. "Look at —am I having a nosebleed?"
