"It’s none of your business," Jane Sampson pouted with a humph.
If he reacted that quickly, it ant it definitely had sothing to do with him.
It was just that she didn’t know what it was.
Jas Black didn’t continue to ask; he could tell from her deanor that there was no point in asking.
Her mobile phone flashed, and Jane glanced at it—it was a ssage from Peter Gingery.
She opened it to find a huge, screen-dominating emoticon.
The sender threw a mocking expression at you and was ready to mock you for a lifeti.
Looking at the goofy, cute expression, Jane chuckled. Peter must have ssaged her as soon as he woke up from his lunch break, right?
But does my brother know you changed your nickna? I called him during lunch, and he seed really upset. If you change it like this, won’t he think you’re not being discreet and get angry with you? — Little Protein Prince.
He’s angry?
Jane snorted internally. A person with a userna like Jane Sampson’s Mr. Black, what right did he have to be angry?
No worries, I’m not afraid of him getting upset. — Princess Egg-Yolk.
Jane sent that reply to Peter but she thought it over and still changed her WhatsAPP nickna.
Now this should be fine. — Mr. Carter’s little fangirl.
After sending the ssage, Jane also sent a cute, coquettish emoticon to Peter before putting her phone away. Then she turned to Jas and said, "Jas Black, I don’t think you’re angry."
How could a man who was angry possibly wait for her this long? She was several minutess late, but he didn’t make a fuss about it, and took her shopping just the sa.
Jas was baffled by Jane’s question and turned to look at her, but he didn’t answer.
An hour later, when their car reached the destination and parked, the afternoon streets were nearly empty due to the scorching sumr heat, yet the air-conditioned shopping mall was bustling with people.
After getting out of the car, Jane clung to Jas’s arm with an overtly cheerful smile, eager to show him the new style at D’s counter she saw in the advertisent and really liked.
"Jas! How about this? Isn’t this dress pretty?" Jane tugged at Jas’s arm and pointed at the dress worn by the display model in the store, her eyes sparkling excitedly.
He glanced at the dress, a short-sleeve dress that seed to reach Jane’s knees.
He nodded and replied, "Try it on."
In truth, apart from the length, Jas couldn’t see what made the dress so special compared to the other dresses in her wardrobe.
"Okay!"
What she loved most about shopping with soone was asking if sothing looked good on her, not getting a perfunctory complint or a worried comnt about spending money, but hearing them say, "Try it on."
Won can outlast even the most fitness-fanatic n when it cos to the stamina for shopping.
Jane handed her bag over to Jas and happily pointed to the nearby salesperson.
"This style cos in two colors, bright red and pure black. Both suit you very well. Would you like to try both colors, or do you prefer to try one specific color first?" The salesperson was very polite, helping Jane with sizes and giving a basic introduction of the style.
