After Director Fang finished speaking, his wife looked a bit stunned. "Is it true that Mr. Li’s child ca here to be Gu Anxi’s study partner?"
Director Fang nodded solemnly. "Absolutely!"

Hearing this, Mrs. Fang felt as if a whole new world had opened up; her thoughts and mood were completely different now.

Fang Ming stood there, watching her. She held a thermos in her hand, her face was fair, but her nose was a bit red, as if she had a cold. As usual, a notebook was tucked under one arm.
He noticed that the previous matte black notebook had been replaced with a pink one.
Fang Ming waited until she was close, then said in a quiet voice, "Are you KO?"
Gu Anxi frowned. "Fang Ming, what are you talking about?"
As she spoke, she was pressing a tissue to her nose; Bo Xichen had teased his ’little treasure’ (her) so much the previous night that she’d caught a cold, and she hadn’t even looked at her phone. The first thing she heard upon arriving was Fang Ming’s baffling question.
She started walking, and Fang Ming kept pace beside her. "Last night, soone posted a video confirming you’re KO!"
Gu Anxi stared at him, then took out her phone to check. The expression that followed was the most fascinating Fang Ming had ever seen on her.
Gu Anxi quickly walked to the bulletin board and, sure enough, she had been pushed to the number one spot for ’Campus Heartthrob.’
Fang Ming stood beside her, smiling faintly. "Congratulations, Gu Anxi, the first female ’Campus Heartthrob’."
Gu Anxi glanced at him, then turned and walked away. "Boring."
Fang Ming followed her, not at all bothered by her indifference.

Gu Anxi was now like a walking pheromone bomb, drawing attention wherever she went.
After spending a whole class period drawing her manga, she went to the infirmary to rest for a while before returning.
Her drawer was once again stuffed full of pink envelopes. She sighed and sent Chu Yan a ssage:

In Hokkaido, Chu Yan was all smiles:

Gu Anxi ignored her and continued drawing her manga; she had things to do in the next two days.
Chu Yan sent another ssage, pestering her annoyingly:

Gu Anxi ignored her, but it was Chu Ci who took the phone from her. "You talk too much," he said.
Chu Yan hugged his arm. "I’m talking to Anxi!"
Chu Ci sneered. "If I were you, I’d end this one-sided conversation. It’s humiliating!"
Chu Yan tried to act cute, but he wasn’t having it. Instead, he said aningfully, "From now on, don’t be so casual and disrespectful around Gu Anxi."
Chu Yan looked at him suspiciously. "Because of Bo Xichen?"
"No." Chu Ci replied faintly, "You’ll understand eventually."
He threw the phone back to her. "We’re going back to Beicheng tomorrow."
Chu Yan said, "Oh," sullenly, clearly not too happy about it.
Chu Ci glanced at her. "Why? Don’t you want to et Gu Anxi?"
Chu Yan clung to her brother, burying her small face in his shoulder. "But I prefer to be with my brother."
Chu Ci felt a pang of mixed emotions. After a mont, he patted her head. "Silly girl, you’re so grown up already, still acting like a spoiled child with your brother!"
Chu Yan didn’t say anything. After a long pause, she finally said, "Brother, can we stay and play for a few more days? We can go back just in ti for the competition, okay?"
Chu Ci looked down at her and, after a mont, smiled faintly. "Okay."
"Brother is the best brother." The small figure buried her face deeper into his shoulder.
Chu Ci’s expression darkened montarily, then he let out a sigh.
There were so things Yan Yan was better off not knowing. It was best if she could always be happy. Even if he had to give up everything, sacrifice everything for it.
While Chu Yan was enjoying her ti in Hokkaido, Gu Anxi was having a tough ti in Beicheng, overwheld by the fervent attention of the female students. Wang Qin was in a similar situation.
Wang Qin, who was in the Arican Studies Departnt, had beco famous overnight after posting a picture of a personalized autograph from the great Bunny the previous night.
