Jack gave a slight smile. "Of course. What else, May? What do you think it is?"
Jiang Chaoge slowly let go of him, her face pale. "I thought, at least we were partners."
"Our cooperation has always been good, hasn’t it?" Jack still wore a faint smile. "I’m very satisfied."
Jiang Chaoge still couldn’t believe it. She murmured, "You were my first man."

Jack chuckled. Wearing his bathrobe, he walked out, sat down on the couch, and then lit a cigarette. "I never discuss feelings. The won I’m with all know I won’t fall in love with them. Dr. Jiang, surely you’re not that naive?"
Jiang Chaoge felt deeply humiliated. "Jack!"
"I’ll announce WK Company’s chosen partner next week. You really can leave now. I don’t need a woman at the mont." Jack was clearly telling her to go.
