Jiang Chaoge lay quietly, listening to Jiang Bin’s words.
Her throat was very sore, and her voice was hoarse when she finally spoke, "Uncle."
Jiang Bin, however, waved his hand magnanimously. "Alright, I know you can handle this. I won’t get involved in your love life with Jack. By the way, Uncle will prepare a set of jewelry for you for the banquet. I absolutely won’t let anyone outshine you."

Jiang Bin’s jaw dropped. "What? He’s just trying to play around with won?" The words were harsh, but they were the truth.
Jiang Chaoge’s face turned white, and her voice was soft. "I’ve tried everything I can think of, but I don’t know which company WK Company is partnering with now. And... it might not necessarily be Yunxi Hospital."
Jiang Bin looked at her, his voice slightly cold. "If you think it’s not Yunxi Hospital, who else could it be? Who else could even compete!?"
"Yunxi Hospital’s capabilities are indeed strong..." Jiang Chaoge pursed her lips.

Jiang Bin snorted lightly. "Chaoge, you’re just too academic. The world out there is treacherous!"
Jiang Chaoge thought carefully, her face turning white. "Uncle, could it be her... Jack has a fiancée. Could it be that Gu Anxi got so dirt on him, and that’s why..."
Jiang Bin’s expression darkened. "That must be it! This Gu Anxi... How did the Bo Family end up with such a devious character? Xichen’s personality doesn’t seem like he’d be fond of soone like that."
Jiang Chaoge looked troubled.

Her secretary quickly found it for her. Jiang Chaoge dialed the number she was reluctant to call, her voice soft. "Anxi, can we talk?"
On the other end, Gu Anxi was undergoing training at Yunxi Hospital. Her Young Uncle had said he needed to go to Africa, as support was currently needed there. It was only after hearing this that she learned her Young Uncle was also one of the leaders of the World Health Organization.
