There was silence.
After a while, Zhou Yu laughed. "It’s precisely because he’s treating well now that I won’t get back with him. Wasn’t he good to before? Yes, very good. But didn’t he later do many things to wrong ? Now that we’re divorced and have a child, he has to treat doubly well. And since I don’t hold any expectations for him, that’s what makes it genuinely good."
Zhou Yu’s parents were stunned. They had never imagined their daughter possessed such spirit. Zhou Yu had always been a straightforward child, one who believed one was one, and two was two.
Just as they were reeling from surprise, Zhou Yu added, "If it were Anxi, she would definitely think the sa way."
Zhou Yu’s parents shared a look of surprise.
At this mont, they inexplicably felt a twinge of sympathy for Min Xinguang. What was going on?
