"VOID-TEMPEST FORM"
The mont the words left my lips, everything stilled within my perception..
The world.
The collapsing atmosphere.
The cries.
They all froze.
Then I felt it.
My mind.
My subconscious.
My entire state of being was being fused, rged into the atmosphere.
I could feel an embrace not unlike that of a mother.
Welcoming.
Loving.
Grounding.
The relief that washed through my entire being at that mont was sothing I couldn’t begin to put into words, but it felt good.
All the pain and suffering I’d been feeling, they all vanished.
But it wasn’t all good, at least not from a bystander’s perspective.
Because I could feel all my emotions disappearing as well.
Hate.
Love.
Rage.
Pain.
Everything was just gone.
All that was left, was pure indifference.
The sa type of indifference a god would feel when his gaze fell upon a mortal.
The Sa type of indifference an elephant would feel toward an ant.
I beca a being of nigh emptiness..
Once the rge completed.
Once I had effectively beco the atmosphere itself, I could feel my perception expand..
It covered the entirety of the city and beyond.
I could feel and see everything.
My energy levels were dropping fast, but at this point I couldn’t care less.
The positions of all the monsters, I could see them.
The place with the most concentrated form of atmospheric collapse, I could see it clearly.
That figure, indifferent even before the atmosphere’s rage, I could see it, and it... could see ...
’Soon.." it wouldn’t be long.
Let just get rid of the ants, and then I’ll subject the true cause of her pain to a hell even a monster would pray to get out of..
And so, I finally "opened" my eyes, and the world ca into full view...
"Filthy mongrels."
My voice didn’t sound like my voice.
It sounded like thunder at one point, like the wind at the other, and like the pelting rain the next.
"Welco."
"To your reckoning."
I willed it and the atmosphere answered.
Hurricane storms of towering proportions arose from all corners of the ruined city.
Nobody was escaping judgent today.
They were all going to pay.
My attention returned to the towering abomination that was still grinning wildly..
"Kekekekekekekek... eyes... sun... collect.. collect.. eyes... need... EYESSSSS!!!!!" A twisted arm shot out of the grotesque figure’s body, shooting straight toward the raging skies overhead.
I looked on, and then.
"Fall."
Zzzt.... Booom!!!!
A dark-gold lighting bolt, the size of a pillar fell from the skies, incinerating the arm instantly, before landing on the vile creature...
BOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!
A cloud of dust arose as the creature was vaporized instantly.
Yet before I could move on..
"Kekekekekekekekekek!!!!! It hurt.. it hurt... collect.. collect... eyes... eyes... EYESSSS!!!!!!" The manic laughter of the creature reached my "ears" once more, a volley of twisted arms shooting into the skies.
My indifferent gaze fell upon the sight.
The creature had sohow reford into its grotesque form, sohow having survived the wrath of the skies themselves...
But I was unbothered.
"Fall."
Was all I said.
ZZZTTTTT.....
The dark clouds churned furiously as a barrage of Dark golden lighting bolts fell like rain...
Booom!!!!!
Booomm!!!
Boommm!!
The landscape was terraford from the onslaught, as they didn’t relent...
"Collapse.... Collapse... break... break... BREAK!!!!!!!!"
Screeeeechhhhhhhh!!!!!!!
The creature shrieked in madness as its form bloated, the multitude of body parts that had already shrunken considerably from the barrage of lightning bolts, turning inward as the creature twisted in on itself, its shape shifting, the sounds of bones snapping, realigning, echoing out.
SCREEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
The creature shrieking once more as the malford ball of flesh exploded outwards, a spray of blood and flesh pelting the devastated landscape...
"Kekekekekek... perfect... form... perfect... kekekekekek.. collect.. collect.." what appeared from within the cloud of blood mist and flesh, wasn’t a towering ball of mismatched flesh and body parts.
The creature had shifted, its body had beco leaner, it had now sprouted four tentacled limbs that twisted and writhed like living entities themselves..
Its face had beco one large carnivorous mouth filled with bloodied teeth..
"Kekekeke... see what you do now... kekekekek...."
"Fall."
ZZZZTTTT....
BOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!!
Screeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
It didn’t matter.
It will never matter.
You can change your form a million tis.
You can’t twist and churn and writhe all you want.
But before the fury of the skies, the rage of the atmosphere.
In the presence of MY ANGER.
Only one outco awaits.
"FALL."
Penance!
BOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!!!

I looked on at the unrecognizable landscape beneath .
The skies still churned with residual energy.
The rain still beat down with a fury.
The winds were still picking up speeds.
But the creature I had faced.
The Collector was no where to be found.
Its form reduced to nothing but smoldering flesh and ashes that had drifted with the furious wind..
It had tried.
Yes it had.
The abominable nature of undying that it had.
It had tried.
But try as you might.
Before the judgent of the sky, all. shall. fall..
"Next!"
....
"A worthy foe!" A thick, masculine voice resounded through the empty space.
The voice coming from a being that stood tall with his hands behind his back.
He gaze indifferent as he surveyed the carnage around him..
THE KING!
He had felt it.
The mont they ca into his sphere of influence.
He had felt it.
The atmosphere had shifted.
And when Dante pacified it the first ti, he’d felt his control be overridden..
Not challenged.
Not contested.
Pure override.
Like he was a phony ssing with forces he had no right to.
A smile appeared on the being’s face..
But nothing topped it off more than when the skies themselves raged..
When those twin golden suns had opened within the skies, looking down on all with pure indifference.
Looking down on HIM! As if he were nothing but an ant.
The pure disregard of those eyes as they left him and focused on sothing lesser...
"WONDERFUL!!!" The being laughed.
A raw throaty sound that sent the surrounding atmosphere whining, or at least it tried to, but the mont the intent to harm the atmosphere was felt, the laughter choked out instantly.
"Cough!.." the being coughed violently, blackened blood spraying from his mouth as he felt the very air within his lungs turn into blades of death..
His smile only widened further as he felt that indifferent gaze on his back.
Even from so far away, the being within the sky was still keeping watch over what happened to the atmosphere..
"MARVELOUS!!!!!" The man roared...
His form having already recovered from the damage he suffered..
"Well then, I shall wait."
"Be done with the insects, I shall wait."
"Our clash, it shall be glorious."
"And when I finally make the atmosphere weep at your demise, I shall stand as the one true KING!"
The man finally stood back up.
Gaze regaining its indifferent look..
"I. Shall. Wait."
Saying so, the man closed his eyes once more as he felt the indifferent gaze on him move away silently...
"Do not take too long.. hahahahahaha"
