It was a gathering spot for the university’s dance clubs.
Street dance, jazz, and folk dance groups all rehearsed there.
He wasn’t interested in any of these dance styles, so he rarely ever went.
Still, he was a little curious about Lu Yao’s dance skills.
After all, she was just a freshman, yet she was already participating in joint club activities with other schools in the university.

He rode his electric scooter over to the Main Teaching Building.

Then, he noticed the jazz dance club rehearsing nearby.

She quickly added, "I dance jazz, too, you know."
"You dance jazz, too?" Jiang Sifan asked, a little surprised.
Lu Yao nodded. "Yup. Our club is up next. Make sure you watch , okay?"
"Alright."
Just as they were talking, a girl in the distance shouted, "Yaoyao, it’s our turn to perform!"
"Hey, coming!" Lu Yao called back. Then she grabbed Jiang Sifan’s hand and pulled him into the crowd.
A sharp-eyed upperclassman imdiately started to gossip. "Ooh, Yaoyao, is this your boyfriend? He’s so handso!"
"Oh my God, Yaoyao, when did you find such a handso boyfriend?"
"You two make a perfect couple."
Jiang Sifan felt awkward and didn’t know whether he should explain the situation.
Lu Yao let them speculate for a mont before she feigned a clarification. "Oh, it’s not what you think! This is my roommate’s brother. He just ca to watch dance today."
"Well, in that case, you’d better give it your all when you’re dancing," one of the upperclassn teased.
Lu Yao nodded excitedly. "Don’t worry, I absolutely will!~"
Soon, Lu Yao joined the upperclassn and took her place for the performance.
The students from the other dance clubs who had gathered around started cheering, "Cool! Cool! Cool!"
You had to admit, the mbers of the dance clubs were all incredibly passionate.
Even Jiang Sifan, who had just arrived, found their energy infectious.
He looked at Lu Yao, who was right in front of him, and she gave him a wink.
As the music started, Lu Yao began to move her body, dancing to the rhythm.
There was no denying her dancing skills were outstanding.

Jiang Sifan didn’t refuse her request. "Alright."
And so, he took Lu Yao on his electric scooter for a ride around campus.
Compared to the reserved Wen Wan, Lu Yao was much more forward.
First, she said, "I... I’m a little scared."
"I’ll slow down a bit then," Jiang Sifan said, easing off the throttle.
