Jiang Sifan faltered for a mont, then tried to smooth things over. "Haha, if I agreed to that, I’d be a pervert."
"What’s wrong with that? ’A fair maiden, a gentleman’s desire,’ right?" Lu Yao countered. "Besides, if an eighteen-year-old boy doesn’t like girls, wouldn’t that just make him gay?"
Lu Yao had a point, but Jiang Sifan couldn’t stay and chat for too long. After a few more words, he headed back to his dorm.
However, he didn’t imdiately get to work after returning to his dorm.
Instead, he cald his mind and started writing down so founding principles for Starry Studio, combining what he’d heard in Lu Fan’s seminar with his own thoughts.
He also understood that what he did today—offering a month of free bookkeeping and tax filing just to win back those five shop owners—would only devalue their services in the long run.
Rather than doing that, it would be better to just drop those kinds of clients altogether.
That way, they could focus on taking better care of the shops that had chosen to stick with them.
