Lin Xuan Qi stepped out of the horse carriage and gave out a long sigh.
It sure felt great to be back at the mansion.

"Be careful, watch your steps." He turned back, held onto Xue Cong’s hand while she stepped out of the horse carriage and down the ladder.
"Thanks, Master Lin." It was the first ti he did sothing like this and she was surprised.
The sa thing happened for Yue Jie, Yue Xin, and even Liu Shi Shi.
He didn’t think much about it.
It felt natural for him to do so after what they’d gone through.
And it got him treasuring them more, after knowing how they prioritized his escape over their own lives.
