After Lin Xuan Qi invited Lu Ting for the lunch too, Huo Fei Li gave him a faint smile.
Lin Xuan Qi gave him an encouraging nod and Lin Xuan Qi glanced at one of the servant girls, "Check if Auntie Sue is done with the lunch preparation."
The servant girl bowed at him and headed for the kitchen imdiately.
And while they waited for the lunch, he invited everyone to take a seat.

Huo Jun, Huo Fei Li and Lu Ting did so and his servants poured them a cup of warm tea imdiately.
Other servants helped with the wooden chests and brought them back to his room.

While they walked, Lu Ting was surprised that Huo Fei Li kept silent.
She wasn’t sure if it was due to the fact that he was still injured or that he had changed his attitude towards her.
Either way, she was relieved for it.
Lu Ting needed more ti to get used to the new situation after what had happened.
Huo Fei Li on the other hand had behaved according to what Lin Xuan Qi had ntioned.

The aroma from the food was good but he wasn’t so convinced with what his nephew had said about the taste of the food.
