The so-called Divine Wood Sect used to be Divine Wood Island.

However, there are many legends circulating in the worldly society. So say that behind the Divine Wood Sect, there is a martial arts holy land, and by entering it, one can obtain cultivation techniques that transcend the Innate Realm.

This legend is widespread, not only in the Da’an Dynasty, but also in the Ten Thousand Miles Sea Domain and the Galuo Sea.

There are even many Innate Martial Artists who venture to Divine Wood Island seeking cultivation techniques, even risking their lives to sneak in or forcefully break into the Divine Wood Sect.

The fate of these people is needless to say; they were all thrown into the sea to feed the fish.

And these legends are not without basis. Although people from the Spirit Source Land have rarely returned to the Da’an Dynasty in recent years, this is not absolute.

In the Da’an Dynasty, the Spirit Source Land has martial artists stationed there. These martial artists originally hailed from the Da’an Dynasty, having intricate ties to it, and even so of their descendants live in the Da’an Dynasty.

They undergo training and are not allowed to divulge information about the Spirit Source Land, but even a little bit of information leaked unintentionally is enough to spark imagination.

Over decades, the Spirit Source Land has thus beco the rumored martial arts holy land.

The reason Li Changcun brought his family here is because he believes in those legends.

Though a scholarly family is good, it ultimately cannot compare to a martial arts family.

Great wealth and power, high status and authority, all pale in comparison to an Innate Martial Artist extending their life by sixty years.

Li Changcun no longer holds expectations for himself, but he has great hopes for his grandchildren.

"This is the martial arts holy land!" Li Yunxiao asserted.

Li Changcun did not refute him, because he had seen many wondrous things here: flying horses, flying carriages, Innate Martial Artists soaring through the skies, and the mystical talismanic arrays. Though he couldn’t understand them, he knew they were extraordinary things.

"Since this is the case, let’s settle down here peacefully!"

"Yunxiao, go out and explore, get familiar with the area first!"

"Daughter-in-law, take good care of Ning’er and An’er; we will rely on them having great achievents in the future!"

To his son, Li Changcun felt increasingly displeased.

But he was extrely satisfied with his daughter-in-law.

The achievents of his grandchildren are credited to the good teachings of his daughter-in-law.

"Father, don’t worry, I will take good care of Ning’er and An’er!" Li’s daughter-in-law responded.

Li Janning and Li Jian’an followed beside their family’s daughter-in-law on either side, sowhat bewildered.

...

Three days later, Yang Chengyi ca to the Li family again and took away the sisters Li Janning and Li Jian’an.

He first took the two little girls to the Clan Hall, where the hall assigned them two attendants. These attendants would take care of their daily needs and also be responsible for part of their education.

Then, Yang Chengyi took them to the Spiritual Spring Mountain Plateau again, but this ti, they didn’t seek out Yang Zhenshan, instead they settled in the Quiet Chamber on the western side of the plateau.

The western side of the Spiritual Spring Mountain Plateau, connected to the snowy mountains, has several small courtyards built for Yang Zhenshan’s disciples to live in.

As the children grow older, they naturally cannot always stay with their master and mistress, so Yang Zhenshan had small courtyards built on the hillside for them to live in.

This gives them a degree of freedom and won’t disturb the peace of Yang Zhenshan and Yu Qingyi.

In the Quiet Chamber, Qingxia looked at the two adorable little girls, her eyes smiling.

"Children are fun when they’re young; they’re not so fun when they grow up!"

She squatted in front of the two little girls, sotis pinching one’s little face, sotis rubbing the other’s little head.

Next to her stood a handso young man, who, upon hearing this, couldn’t help but roll his eyes.

"Senior sister, the junior sisters aren’t for you to play with!"

This young man was also a disciple of Yang Zhenshan, nad Zhang Hexuan.

When he first ca to the mountain, he often fell victim to Qingxia’s pinches, but once he grew up, she let him be.

"Shoo, shoo, I’m talking to the junior sisters, what are you interrupting for, you pesky boy!" Qingxia feigned anger.

Zhang Hexuan pouted, refraining from speaking further, though he looked eagerly at the two little girls, itching to go over and pinch them himself.

"Senior sister, are we going to live here from now on?" Li Janning asked.

"Yes, would you like the senior sister to take care of you two?" Qingxia answered gently.

"Can our mother live here too?"

"That won’t do, this is a place of cultivation, your mother can’t co over!"

"Oh, then we’ll stay with senior sister!" Li Janning found Qingxia gentle and kind, naturally feeling close to her.

And hearing this, Qingxia couldn’t help but show a motherly smile, "Alright, from now on, senior sister will live with you!"

Upon hearing this, Zhang Hexuan appeared disappointed, for if the senior sister stayed, he wouldn’t have the chance to play with the junior sisters.

Qingxia set up the girls’ bedroom and arranged their Quiet Chamber essentials, then prepared writing brushes, ink, paper, and inkstones for them.

The two little girls followed closely behind Qingxia like shadows, which amused her greatly.

"Senior sister, will our master be strict?"

"No! The master won’t be strict with you!"

"But Ning’er’s old teacher was very strict, sotis hitting Ning’er’s palms!"

"Is that so!" Qingxia thought for a mont; she rembered that Yang Zhenshan used to discipline disciples with physical punishnt, but he seldom does so now. "Your master won’t hit you, but you must diligently cultivate and not anger the master!"
