Su Qinglan’s mind spun. So much had happened in these few monts, yet Shi Feng had not appeared. Even she herself had not sensed this man’s presence until he deliberately revealed himself.

Rong Yanchen’s eyes flashed with dark amusent. Before she could pull away completely, a sharp hiss of pain escaped her lips.
The tip of his dagger had pierced her back, right along her curved spine. Warm blood soaked through her clothes.
She glared at him fiercely.
Rong Yanchen smiled coldly and spoke in a very low, threatening voice.
"I really don’t have a good temper, female. Even if you beco my future mate, I will treat you well...but only if you behave quietly. I don’t like playing hard gas."
This ti, when his muscular arms wrapped around her waist again, squeezing her heavily pregnant belly, Su Qinglan did not dare resist. Her face twisted in pain and humiliation, teeth gritted so hard they might crack.
In the tense silence, a thin green vine slowly erupted from the ground near her feet. It crept silently toward the door, trying to slip outside unnoticed. If it reached Shi Feng, he would co rushing in.
She and Shi Feng together could at least force this bastard to retreat.
But her hope shattered in an instant.
Rong Yanchen’s foot ca down hard, squashing the vine into the floor with a sickening crunch. "Don’t try to play tricks on ," he said calmly. "And don’t think I don’t know this little trick of yours."
Su Qinglan’s eyes widened in shock. She stared at him, speechless. How does he know?
Rong Yanchen gave her an evil, victorious smile. He had already won this round. He knew her abilities far better than she realized.
Su Qinglan’s entire mind was still in chaos as Rong Yanchen held her tightly while moving through the darkness. She truly could not understand one thing at all.
How could this man know about her plant-type ability?

The mont they stepped outside, Su Qinglan imdiately noticed sothing strange. It was as if their entire presence had disappeared from the surroundings completely.
Their sll, aura, footsteps, and even their breathing felt hidden by so mysterious force, making her heart slowly sink deeper with every passing second.
Su Qinglan’s fingers unconsciously tightened around her swollen stomach as fear and regret slowly spread through her chest. If she had been alone, she would have fought this bastard directly without hesitation.
Even if she could not defeat him completely, she would still make him pay heavily. But now things are different. Her cubs could co into this world at any mont. She could not risk their safety recklessly while trapped in such a dangerous situation.

anwhile, Rong Yanchen continued moving rapidly through the darkness without stopping even once. Cold wind brushed against Su Qinglan’s body constantly, and she could not even tell how far they had traveled already.
Her entire body remained tense the whole ti, carefully morizing every movent and every sound around her, but it was useless. This man was far too experienced and cautious.
Before she realized it, they had already crossed the walls of Dragon Beast City completely.
Finally, after what felt like a very long ti, Rong Yanchen slowed down before carrying her into a cold and damp cave.
The sll of wet stone instantly entered her nose, and soon he carefully placed her down on the ground.

His features were unbelievably handso, almost enough to rival so immortal from legends, but in her eyes, that face belonged to nothing but a shaless devil who deserved to be beaten to death.
Rong Yanchen, however, only looked amused while staring at her furious expression.
His gaze slowly lowered toward her swollen stomach before he casually asked, "How many days are left?"
The mont Su Qinglan heard those words, her body instantly stiffened with vigilance.
But Rong Yanchen only smiled lightly before continuing in a calm voice, "You should give birth soon. After all, I need to get rid of this nuisance first before I finally take you away completely."
The mont those words entered her ears, Su Qinglan’s anger exploded instantly.
Without hesitation, she grabbed a stone from the ground and directly threw it toward his face while shouting furiously, "You shaless bastard! If you dare touch my cubs, I will skin you alive!"
Her eyes were completely red from anger as she glared at him murderously, looking like she truly wanted to bite a piece of flesh from his body.
