Reyansh imdiately turned to Amit, looking at him, trying to understand the reason behind his reaction. However, Sumit being an experienced sales executive, understood imdiately.
"Let explain, sir," Sumit called out.
Amit also found himself slightly embarrassed, lowering his head, "Sorry my for outburst, Sir."
Reyansh looked at Sumit, signaling to continue.
"I can understand where his reaction is coming from. After this Zenith Manor, even our best house unit which cos under Aether Hos line, cost around 100,000 Cosmic Coins at best." Sumit started explaining.
"And these houses have premium designs with options for complete personalization. Another example, our company had sold only 100 Aether Hos across all of India, bought by guildmaster of top guilds and a few businessman."
"So what’s the reason behind making sothing that cost 3-4 tis more than your most premium house?" Reyansh questioned.
Sumit smiled at the question like he himself had wondered the reason behind this so ti.
"Before I answer your question, are you seriously ready to buy this even after knowing the price?" Sumit asked, looking directly at Reyansh.
Reyansh watched the image of Zenith Manor once again, imagining his sister’s surprised face when she will see this. His mother’s reaction, when she will wake up in a new ho.
"Unless, there are so security issues, yes I will buy it." He answered.
Sumit nodded and picked his phone, "wait a mont, sir," he spoke as he dialed a number.
A woman picked up the call after few rings.
"Ma’am, there is a custor who is interested in buying Zenith Manor," Sumit spoke.
The woman spoke sothing to which Sumit nodded, "Okay, ma’am."
He put the phone down and stood up, "Please follow to the special visiting room while I give you details about the Manor, sir," he gestured.
Reyansh nodded and stood up, Amit followed behind them.
"Since your first concern is about security, let tell about the security asures of the Zenith Manor." Sumit started as they walked down the gallery.
"This Manor has a 24 hrs force field established around its boundary capable of tanking attacks from monsters upto SS-rank or even Hunters if you are worried about that."
"Besides the force field, it has a mana imprint machine on the main gate allowing entry only to people authorized by you."
"Any trespassers will be given an electric shock, you and the nearest hunter’s council office will also be notified imdiately about a house breach." He continued.
"You asked what’s the reason behind the absurd price of Zenith Manor. The best security possible combined with luxury and comfort, this was the idea and passion behind building it."
Reyansh nodded, thinking, ’If the house itself has SS-rank protection, I can sowhat relax before Ramon cos with an idea to increase that security of SSS-rank.’
They stopped in front of a gate, Sumit took out a card and opened the gate, letting them in.
Reyansh stepped into the room, only to find it completely white from all sides, like it was a white box instead of a room.
Sumit pressed sothing on a white panel on the wall. Suddenly, a light flashed, for a brief mont Reyansh’s fighting instincts kicked in but Lyrielle voice cald his reaction.
’Calm down boss, there’s no danger,’ she spoke as she flew and sat on his head for the better view.
After the flash, the surrounding turned, the floor shifted into epoxy coated surface along with wooden tiles, giving the room an exquisite appearance.
Reyansh could feel from his senses that he was still in the sa room, suddenly, his mories kicked in. Sothing he had done when he was in school.
"Is this similar to the 3D Hunter’s Practice console?" Reyansh asked looking at Sumit.
"Yes, it’s good that you identified it easily. We only repurposed it for showing our properties here in building instead of driving them to see real property." Sumit answered.
"These images that you are seeing, the manor looks exactly the sa, down to the every last detail."
Amit was the most spooked with the sudden appearance of images all around but after that last outburst, he barely controlled himself from screaming.
"This image is of 2nd underground floor, Training Zone. Here you have a combat arena, weapons hall, spellcasting chamber, Mana cultivation room with mana gathering array, an elite gym and recovery room." Sumit explained.
"There is one more underground floor, below this called Fortress Zone. But I can’t show images of that floor because of security reasons."
Reyansh nodded as the image of arena changed to the magic-assisted kitchen, grand entrance and other segnt of the ground/first floor.
Sumit explained about the master bedroom and 4 luxury bedrooms and other comforts of the 2nd floor followed by every floor.
While he was showing the images along with the details about sky garden and infinity pool on 4th floor, the gate of the room opened a woman wearing pink pants and beige color blouse walked in.
Sumit stopped his explanation as the woman reached in front of Reyansh, "She is our CEO & Owner of Celestia Housing, Suman Kapoor." Sumit introduced.
Reyansh had already sensed the mana fluctuations coming from her, ’She is the strongest hunter I have t till now. She is easily SS-rank, isn’t it Lyri?’
’Yup,’ she nodded, totally unbothered.
"Hello, I heard that you are interested in buying our passion project," she extended her hands toward Reyansh as she spoke.
"I definitely like the color matching you have done, Midnight Black with Frozen White and Electric Azure with Crimson Red." Reyansh remarked as he shook her hand.
"You know your colors, thanks for the complint," she replied.
"Do you have exact quote for ?" Reyansh asked.
"Why don’t we sit down and talk?" she gestured her hands leading the way.
"Are you a hunter Mr...?" she looked at him.
"Reyansh Kaul and yes, I am a hunter. You are too aren’t you," He replied as they entered a room with Sofas.
"I thought I was suppressing my mana well, Mr. Reyansh. I guess not well enough," she chuckled slightly.
"Yes, I am an awakened but I don’t hunt or stream. I only absorbed mana cores to reach this level," she clarified.
"As for the quote you asked, I am sure Sumit has told you about the anities, luxury and the safety. I can say with certain confidence that Zenith Manor is one of a kind manor on earth." She added.
’Again with the prologue,’ Reyansh thought, almost saying it out loud.
"This Manor will cost you 334,000 Cosmic Coins." She told.
"Hmm...what if I wanted for Zenith Manor to remain one of a kind manor on earth?" he questioned.
"Are you suggesting, we close Zenith Manor project?" she looked at him with a confused face.
Reyansh just nodded positively.
She gave a nervous laugh, "I agree that this house is very pricey than other hos but it is still our project and we have given..."
Before she could complete further, Reyansh interrupted.
"I am not asking you to stop working, I just want you to retire Zenith Manor and not replicate the design of the house. You can use your technology, I don’t mind. But I don’t want another Zenith Manor on earth." Reyansh stated calmly.
Suman looked at him for few seconds trying to gauge a reaction but she couldn’t find anything.
"If we were to do what you are suggesting, you would have to pay three tis the price. Are you sure, you want that?" she proposed looking at him questioningly.
"Done," Reyansh stated it as fact.
"Umm...what?" Suman felt bewildered by the readiness at the answer.
"I said I am ready to pay a million Cosmic Coins if you do as I say." He repeated, more clearly this ti.
"Who are you Mr. Reyansh? I don’t know any powerful and wealthy figure by that na. And I can sense that your mana core level isn’t much high," Suman spoke, trying to go through her mory for Reyansh Kaul.
"I am just a Hunter, here to buy a new ho," Reyansh replied casually, looking at the ti.
’Its 04:20 already, I have to et Miss Arpita at 5 pm,’ h wondered.
"I am sorry to be rude but I have a eting to attend at 5 pm, so if you could hurry up" Reyansh insisted.
"Well, if you are ready to pay a million Cosmic Coins. Then Zenith Manor belongs to you, Mr. Reyansh." She smiled.
’Just who is this Reyansh Kaul,’ her mind raced internally.
