"How early can the manor be ready to live in?" Reyansh asked.
"Within 24 hrs," Suman answered.
"I’ll have my team prepare the papers imdiately," she added.
"I am really strapped for ti at the mont. How about I pay an advance amount for now then complete the rest of the paynt and signing when I move in with my family tomorrow?" Reyansh suggested.
"Okay, whatever suits you. Just wait a mont," Suman agreed imdiately. She signaled Sumit for sothing, he left the room imdiately.
"So, would I know your streaming channel, Mr. Reyansh?" she asked as she sat on sofa, crossing her legs.
"Maybe, but if you haven’t yet, you will definitely in the future," Reyansh answered with a smile.
"Mysterious till the end, huh?" Suman remarked.
"Do you have any personal requests about the manor?" she asked.
"None at the mont, I will ssage if there’s a need." He replied.
"So, have you any more such projects lined up?" he questioned.
"There were none till now but I guess I will have to start working towards it," She laughed slightly.
Just then, Sumit entered the room with a paper and a box in his hand and gave them to Suman.
"You can pay anything above 100,000 Cosmic Coins as down-paynt then rest at the signing of the docunts. The paynt recipient is Celestia Housing Private Limited." She stated.
Reyansh nodded and opened his system panel and transferred 500,000 Cosmic Coins.
Suman received the notification instantly, her eyes perked up as she saw the ssage, checking its authenticity for a mont.
She handled him the piece of paper along with the black box.
"This paper is a rough form of contract, keep this with you until you receive the original docunts. And this box contains a symbolic key along with address of the manor." She explained.
"You can start moving after 12’o clock noon tomorrow. You will get docunts and real key after you have moved in." She added.
Reyansh nodded as he took the paper and box and stored in his inventory. He stood up ready to go.
"Pleasure doing business with you, Mr. Reyansh," she extended her hands towards Reyansh.
"The pleasure is all mine, Miss Suman," Reyansh reciprocated the handshake.
He turned around and left, Amit followed behind him.
After they left, Suman sat back on the sofa, like a big weight had just been lifted from her shoulder.
Then suddenly she laughed, not a manic laugh but a genuine laugh.
"Sumit, you were asking who will buy such expensive manor? Did you ever thought, an opportunity to sell our manor at three tis the price will co to us?" she looked at him as she stopped laughing.
"No ma’am, never," Sumit shook his head negatively.
"Well, the world has beco crazy after the rge. That’s why a no na teenage kid had the guts and money to buy a house that many prestigious guildmaster won’t even think about, forget paying three tis the cost." Suman spoke as she stood up.
"You go and re-check if there’s anything missing or faulty at the manor. That ho should be ready to move in before 12’o clock in noon tomorrow. I’ll see about the paperwork," She left the room as she ordered.
’So, there’s soone new who’s going to make waves sooner or later, Reyansh Kaul, huh? I’ll keep an eye out for you,’ she thought as walked towards her office.
anwhile Reyansh and Amit exited the building and walked towards the car.
"Sir, if you don’t mind my asking, what was the need to pay three tis the price for a house that’s already costly?" Amit asked as they neared the car.
"First of all nothing is costly, its all about ti. A few years in the future, there could be many people capable of buying that house." Reyansh answered as he sat in the car.
"But now, there will be no other Zenith Manor to buy. And second, what’s the point of all the money if you can’t do sothing exclusive." He added, chuckling at the end.
He handed the address sent by Arpita to Amit.
"I suggest we go by air, if we go by road, it will take longer than thirty minutes due to traffic," Amit spoke.
"Take us to the sky then," Reyansh agreed.
Amit nodded as the car suddenly beca lighter and started gliding towards its destination at a greater speed.
’So, who is this lady we are going to et?’ Lyrielle asked, sitting on his shoulder leisurely.
’She is the principal at my sister’s school but I am having a gut feeling that she is more than that.’ He answered.
’Her stream ID is Black_Nails09, you would have noticed her on stream today.’ He added.
’Yeah...Yeah, I noticed, so she is soone who knows your other identity,’ she remarked.
’Yes, her and Amit here.’
Suddenly his phone vibrated as he received a ssage notification. He opened his phone to take a look at the ssage, it read:
"Rember, co as StarWalker not Reyansh."
’As I said, definitely not just principal,’ Reyansh stated after reading the ssage.
"Stop at so distance from the cafe," Reyansh told Amit, he nodded in response.
’While we are talking about identity, when you upload all the previous streams, can you trim starting few seconds of my first stream? My face is visible for that ti,’ he stated.
’Okay, sure, I think I will have fun watching your earlier streams,’ Lyrielle agreed.
The rest of the journey passed silently as clouds passed above while buildings and people of Mumbai passed below.
Just 5 minutes shy before 5 pm, the car ca to stop, still hovering in the air.
"That café is two streets away, should I get closer?" Amit asked.
"No, that’s enough, lower slightly near a roof then wait two or three streets further. Don’t park here." Reyansh suggested.
Reyansh did an Astra step from car to the roof as car moved away from the roof imdiately.
He searched for a secluded spot first and did an Astral jump there.
’Well it’s looks like StarWalker is back for today. Let’s see who Miss Arpita really is and what’s this eting is about.’ He stated.
’Lyri, why don’t you remain seated, I will try to see if I can bring soone with along the Astral Step.’ He suggested.
Lyrielle nodded and sat down, clutching his collar tightly.
Reyansh activate the skill, Astral Step, again. The familiar white surrounding with few black spots here and there. He focused on looking at a black spot near the café and teleported.
He also kept his ntal focus to bring Lyrielle along with her, however, when he appeared the place he envisioned, Lyrielle didn’t ca with him. A second later she appeared.
’Nope, that skill of yours is only for yourself,’ she declared.
’Yeah, seems so, I thought I should try once.’ Reyansh nodded.
’Now, it’s ti to beco StarWalker again,’ he looked at tro Café board at the distance, the location chosen by Arpita for the eting.
He sensed a few people in the café through his blood sense, his perception also confird the sa. He activated the skill again and appeared directly in front of the entrance of café.
Just as he appeared, he noticed the guy at the counter and few custors seated near entrance, almost flinched. Reyansh noticed this as he stepped into the café.
’This is not normal, even if they don’t know , they should have reacted to my sudden appearance. But it’s almost like they controlled their reaction.’ Reyansh thought as he stepped further.
His blood sense and perception working in tandem to identify that everyone in here was an awakened one, a hunter.
He also sensed two familiar presence, ’Miss Arpita and Luna.’
’But why does this almost feel like an ambush?’ he wondered as he walked towards the location he sensed them.
He found both of them sitting on a sofa in front of a glass table, he walked up to them calmly.
"You called Miss Arpita," he addressed, his senses still on alert.
"Yes, please sit," Arpita gestured but her tone a bit distant, nothing like she was in the hospital.
"StarWalker, I have an opportunity for you," she directly stated.
