Now reading: Chapter 353 - 315: Unbelievable Alliance and Reinforcements from Cultivating in the Wizard World, a Fantasy novel by Herbivorous alligator.

Due to limited space, this terrifying wave of cannon fodder almost instinctively began pressing towards the enemy alliance’s front line the mont it ford.

And this movent by the wizards provoked tension on the opposite side.

The murderous intent, energy fluctuations, and psychic pressure emanating from countless units clashed violently in the middle zone, making the air there dense and distorted, as if a devastating storm could be unleashed at any mont!

High above, Dixon the Seventh Level Wizard hovered silently.

His deep gaze swept over the massive alliance below, with particular focus on the sea of ntal light from the Mind Realm and the deliberately lowered formation of the Giant Spirit Realm fleet.

"The true essences of Koger and Shira have both appeared... but the ’Fungus Lord’ remains elusive." He calculated swiftly in his mind, "It seems that the hypothesis that the Fungus Lord is an embodint of the Reproduction Realm’s collective consciousness, without a fixed form, has gained more credence. That is indeed good news."

This ans that as long as Koger and Shira cannot imdiately convince the entire Reproduction Realm to face annihilation together, then their ultimate tactic of trying to trigger a self-destruction of the three Plane Origins will be greatly hindered, or even thwarted, by the Fungus Lord’s innate survival instinct.

The wizards might be able to bypass the most troubleso ’preventing self-destruction’ stage and enter the phase of direct suppression.

"However, one cannot rule out the possibility that the Fungus Lord possesses an independent consciousness and is currently lurking sowhere, ready to strike when the ti is right." Dixon’s thought process was flawless.

He quickly communicated through an encrypted channel, exchanging information and judgnts with Obelus at the void blockade node and lisande stationed in the rear on the Ship Plane.

Regardless, the enemy army was already closing in, with sches hidden behind the scenes.

No matter what the other side intended, engaging in battle remained the best probe.

"Relay the order!" Dixon’s voice was calm yet carried an undeniable authority, echoing in every wizard’s mind, "Deploy attack formations according to Plan No. 3. Cannon fodder corps, advance the front lines! All operational wizards, ready your witchcraft!"

"Whatever tricks they wish to play," Dixon surveyed the alliance flowing below like a tide of two colors, a cold gleam flashing in his eyes, "in the face of absolute power, it is futile."

"Attack!"

...

...

Three years ago, in the Giant Spirit Realm, among the thrones.

Koger’s massive semi-fluid body no longer remained as steady as a rock, but rather writhed slowly with an unquenchable agitation.

Within the cold glint of its three pairs of compound eyes lurked a trace of doubtful astonishnt it was unwilling to admit even to itself.

Ever since those entities calling themselves ’wizards’ tore through the plane barrier and forcibly intruded into its world, everything had spiraled out of control.

The initial landing battle, although costly, could still be attributed to the opponent’s sudden assault and their own lack of preparation.

But what followed was a complete failure in intelligence gathering!

Every attempt to obtain a body, equipnt, or even soul fragnts from the other side was erased by so unknown force, along with the executors, cleanly to a chilling degree.

In desperation, it used its ultimate ’Thousand Soul Golden Crystal’ to contact the renowned-for-omniscience ’Light Chaser’ in an attempt to purchase intelligence.

What was the outco?

The light orb vanished without a trace as if evaporated!

This was unprecedented, as Light Chaser was always known for reliability, unless... he encountered problems he couldn’t handle, or perhaps even t his end?

The subsequent second round of war left Koger utterly bewildered.

It amassed an unprecedentedly large army, confident they could crush any invaders.

Yet, once the battle began, it was a one-sided slaughter!

The opposition seed to have fully grasped the weaknesses of the Giant Spirit Realm’s army in such a short ti, employing unheard of, bizarre witchcraft that struck precisely at their vulnerable points.

The Giant Spirit Realm’s fad ability to rapidly evolve by plundering others’ talents not only failed to advance in this war but was countered with comprehensive restraint thods developed by the enemy!

This was absurd!

What kind of terrifying analytical ability and technological prowess would this require?

What alard Koger even more was when it personally attempted in secret to retrieve a fallen wizard’s body but encountered a concealed, potent intercepting force.

Judging by energy levels, the opponent was clearly below its own, but the confrontation resulted in Koger suffering a setback!

Such bizarre circumstances, coupled with those wizards of not-so-high levels frequently using strange witchcraft to contend with and even counter slay Giant Spirit Realm warriors, one or two levels stronger than they were...

Koger fully understood that what it faced was not a typical invader, but a terrifying civilization excelling in individual combat, technological research, and information defense!

In the subsequent days, the intensity of the wizards’ frontal attack subsided, transitioning into systematic city destruction.

Yet Koger did not relax in the slightest, as an unprecedented, terrifying plague broke out within its domain!

Infected individuals twisted, experiencing lethal rejection with symbionts, ultimately becoming grotesque sculptures amidst extre pain.

The timing of this plague was too coincidental, needing only a thought to know whose handiwork it was.

Amidst both internal and external crises, imnse anxiety like a frigid noose coiled around Koger’s core.

It had to seek a ans to break the stalemate.

Looking across the entire Triangular Plane Community, the only capable and potentially willing entity to intervene was its long-standing rival it had never favored—the Mind Realm’s Shira.

Swallowing its pride to seek assistance from Shira?

The thought made Koger feel a wave of humiliating heat.

It was foreseeable that the woman who enjoyed toying with minds would not miss the chance to mock it.

Yet... when weighed against the continuity of civilization, which was more important?

Koger’s massive form rose and fell heavily on the throne, releasing a helpless sigh.

It also understood that once the foundation of civilization was destabilized entirely, regrets would co too late!

Ultimately, reason outweighed pride.

It activated the ergency communication channel with Shira.

As expected, the mont communication connected, Shira’s ethereal yet teasing voice ca through: "Oh? What brings the invincible Lord of Steel, Koger, to contact , your ’weak’ neighbor? Could it be your new toys are acting up?"

Koger suppressed the boiling anger within its core, ignoring her taunts, and directly got to the point, succinctly describing the wizards’ strange nature, the challenges faced, and the suspicious plague.

After listening, Shira fell silent for a mont, her earlier teasing tone considerably restrained: "If sothing can trouble even an iron gauge like you... it seems these outsiders truly are no trifles."

She didn’t imdiately agree or refuse, but instead said: "Be patient, Koger. In three years, we shall receive visits from two ’old friends.’

"Old friends?" Koger asked, startled.

"Indeed, from the ’Covenant’ side," Shira hinted.

Koger imdiately understood.

To acquire higher-level resources and technology, it and Shira had signed an ’Auxiliary Combat Covenant’ with an extrely powerful external civilization, periodically dispatching forces to assist in their wars.

During this process, they had t so formidable allies from that civilization, forming what could be considered fellow ’comrades-in-arms.’

"They... will co?" Koger confird, feeling a sudden surge of reassurance.

"Of course, the contractual task’s timing is near, and they will first co to rendezvous with us," Shira affird.

"At that ti, with you, , plus those two ’old friends,’ that’s four entities of the sa level! Even if the high-ranking wizards on the other side are mysterious, do you think they could withstand our combined might?"

After communication ended, Koger remained alone among the thrones.

The anxiety in its heart finally dissipated by half, replaced by a rekindled confidence and a glimr of icy intent.

"Wizards... just you wait." It murmured grimly, a cold glow flickering in its eyes, "Once the reinforcents arrive, it will be your downfall! The humiliation you imposed on the Giant Spirit Realm will be washed away with the carcass of your civilization!"

It began secretly mobilizing all remaining forces, contracting defenses, and accumulating resources, in preparation for the counterattack planned three years later.
