"Return to the Deprived Crimson Valley…?" Supre Ruler Grant gave a weak chuckle, almost as if he found it amusing.
Then, he said in a cold voice, "The only reason you were banished to the Deprived Crimson Valley was simply because nobody could kill you."
Supre Ruler Dena narrowed her gaze at his ominous words and asked, "Are you implying that soone is capable of killing now? Who might that individual be? You?"
"There's no need for implications because I am outright saying that I can kill you, so there's no need for you to return to the Deprived Crimson Valley."
"Bold words for soone who is only sowhat stronger than the Supre Ancestor," she sneered. "Where is your confidence coming from?"
A smile slowly appeared on Supre Ruler Grant's face as he responded, "Before I answer that question, let ask you how many tis you have spoken with the Demon God?"
"The Demon God?" Supre Ruler Dena frowned, wondering if his confidence had sothing to do with it. "I have only ever heard his voice, so I can't say that I have spoken with the Demon God before. Are you claiming that you have?"
"Not only have I spoken with the Demon God, but he even appeared before !"
"What?!"
Not just Supre Ruler Dena, but even the Supre Ancestor and Supre Advisor exclaid in shock at his claims.
The Demon God has never appeared before them before, so this was an unprecedented event!
"W-What did the Demon God look like?" The Supre Ancestor asked.
"I didn't dare to look at him, so I cannot say," he said while shaking his head.
"You didn't see him, yet you claid he appeared before you?" Supre Ruler Dena wore a suspicious expression on her face.
"Just because I didn't look at him doesn't an I couldn't sense his presence right before !"
"Then what did you talk about?"
"Honestly, not much—if anything at all. However, he did grant … sothing."
Supre Ruler Grant slowly raised his right arm, and a profound, otherworldly energy began to surge from his clenched fist.
"Behold! This is the power the Demon God bestowed upon !"
"That's…" Supre Ruler Dena narrowed her eyes at the familiar energy.
Then, she looked at Yuan to see his reaction.
"Eternal Essence…? No, it's similar but fundantally different. It's also similar to what Dena replicated but much more refined." Yuan mumbled to himself as he analyzed the energy.
It was not real Eternal Essence, and compared to Supre Ruler Dena's replication, it was much more complete and powerful.
"It's similar, but it's not the sa," Yuan said to Supre Ruler Dena a mont later.
Supre Ruler Dena then said to Supre Ruler Grant, "That's so fancy new power you acquired from the Demon God, but that doesn't automatically an you'll be able to kill ."
"Why don't we put that to the test?!"
Supre Ruler Grant suddenly sprang into action, unleashing his new power against her.
"Hmph." Supre Ruler Dena sneered coldly and counterattacked, eting his strike with her own might. Unfortunately, she couldn't use her replicated Eternal Essence like the curse did while controlling her body, so she could only respond with the strength of an Absolute God.
When their energies clashed, Supre Ruler Dena's attack managed to last a full second against Supre Ruler Grant's fake Eternal Essence before falling apart.
Seeing this, Supre Ruler Dena, who wasn't using her full strength, unleashed even more power.
During their next clash, Supre Ruler Dena was able to cancel out Supre Ruler Grant's fake Eternal Essence, greatly surprising him.
"So it won't be easy to kill you even with the Demon God's powers, huh? As I thought. You truly deserve to be called a monster!" Supre Ruler Grant, who was also using only a portion of his newfound power, started to increase his output.
anwhile, the Supre Adviser and the Supre Ancestor turned their attention toward Yuan, who had been a spectator this entire ti.
"What are you looking at? Don't tell you want to fight ," Yuan noticed their gazes and turned to speak to them.
"You've been irritating for so ti now, you little bastard…" the Supre Ancestor growled, clenching his fists.
"I have? I don't recall doing anything to bother you," Yuan remarked with a raised eyebrow.
However, it wasn't Yuan's words that provoked him. Rather, it was that oddly familiar face that made his skin crawl for so reason.
"I still haven't forgotten about the two subordinates of mine that you've killed," said the Supre Adviser.
"How many tis do I have to say they perished because of their own actions before it gets through that thick skull of yours?" Yuan sighed, shaking his head.
"You're extrely arrogant for a re first-level False God. Without that fiend protecting you, I'm surprised that you still dare to open your mouth," the Supre Ancestor sneered with disdain.
"I may be a first-level False God, but that's more than enough to deal with an ant like you," Yuan said with a calm smile.
"What?" The Supre Ancestor frowned.
Without another word, he pointed a finger at Yuan and muttered, "Blood Manipulation."
A concentrated jet of blood burst from his fingertip, lancing toward Yuan like a high‑pressure water stream.
An overwhelming aura abruptly exploded from Yuan's body as he activated Demonic Awakening, his dreadful presence instantly engulfing the entire area.
Just as the Supre Ancestor's blood beam was about to pierce Yuan's brow, it abruptly split into two streams and moved around his head, missing completely.
"What?!" the Supre Ancestor cried out when he saw Yuan's transformation.
He had t countless demons in his lifeti, but never one with an appearance like Yuan's, not to ntion his dreadful presence that surpassed even Supre Ruler Dena.
"W-Who the hell are you?!" The Supre Adviser asked.
"I'm just livestock," Yuan calmly said.
He then turned to stare at the Supre Ancestor and said, "I wasn't going to do anything to you, but since you went out of your way to attack first, I might as well avenge the Demon Sealers you murdered out of jealousy."
