Legendary Plains: In the depths of the Star Ocean, massive starry rivers of starlight intertwined, creating breathtaking cosmic phenona.
Hidden within the layers of these starry rivers was a massive battle fortress floated like a radiant star without being disrupted or damaged by the spatial phenona.
This fortress was actually the main headquarters of the Zodiac Night Federation, the Starry Night Fort. As one of the neutral absolute factions, the Zodiac Night Federation was extrely powerful.
Furthermore, unlike the Lesser Plains, most of the Ocean Races of the Legendary Plains were part of the Zodiac Night Federation, and that’s how they were almost unmatched within the Star Ocean.
Only the Evanesce Hub could cause them trouble, and even that was because of the presence of the Champion King. There were more ranks in the Zodiac Night Federation of Legendary Plains.
Below the legendary rank, all mbers were ranked between ’Zodiac Night Guardian’, but the Legendary Rank mbers were divided between ’Night Fable General, Night Noble General, Night Lord General, and finally the Night King General’, corresponding to four legendary states. Above them all was the Federation Master, the strongest Night King General.
At this mont, within the designated area of the Night Lord Generals within the Starry Night Fort, many lavish mansions were allocated to the most excellent Night Lord Generals of the Federation.
Among these excellent Night Lord Generals was Night Lord General Nell, a very famous genius who rose to prominence within two thousand years. He showed up out of nowhere, and from Legendary Fable, it only took him two thousand years to beco a Legendary Lord, which was extrely fast, making him a genius.
Furthermore, he has a very close relationship with one of the Night King Generals, so no one dares to offend him easily.
At this mont, Night Lord General Nell stood in a hidden chamber of his mansion, with many powerful restrictions and formations in place so no one could hear or sense anything.
Nell belonged to the Demonic Siren Race, a Legendary King Rank Ocean Race. This made him extrely charming, like elves, but his pristine white skin was filled with crimson marks, giving others a sense of devilry.
Usually, Nell appeared composed and held a thin smile on his handso face, giving others the impression of a refined gentleman. But right now, his expression was anything but refined, for a twisted expression played on his appalled face as he looked at the completely dark screens in front of him.
"How could this be!? Why would Anarchy suddenly stop working, and I can’t get in touch with any of my contacts in the Tiless City? Neither Constant Baron-1, 49, nor even 98 are answering my request to Tiless etings.
"Furthermore, I lost all connections with the Star Hacker Headquarters, and I can’t go there personally since I don’t want to expose myself yet.
"And what was that strange ssage before everything went silent? ’Extermination Level Threat has appeared’, what does it an!? I can’t contact the Viscount without Anarchy Network, and if I use the Tiless Sand, it’ll cost too much..."
Nell muttered, extrely confused and appalled by this strange situation because he was none other than Golden Constant-100,000, also the Star Lord of the Star Hackers of the Legendary Plains.
No one would’ve guessed that the rising star of the Federation, and a re Legendary Lord, would be the infamous Star Lord of the Star Hackers, an existence both loathed and dreaded by many who know the Star Hackers.
Nonetheless, right now, Nell was feeling extrely uneasy. First, their mission to get rid of Constant Baron-0 failed, and then Constant Baron-1 was barely able to escape with his life while the other top Constant Barons were wiped out. Not just that, they t their true ’END’- a true death!
Not only Nell but every Constant in the Legendary Plains knew about this terrifying event because the Anarchy Network released this news a few hours before it went dark.
Furthermore, Constant Baron-0 was supposed to be detained because of it, since this matter was related to her, and ATLAS won’t dare belittle the END of their Constant Barons and brush it off like other matters.
Nell was even waiting for the good news when the strangest thing happened: The indomitable Anarchy Network, which has been causing trouble for SAAI and Undying Will for a long ti, suddenly stopped working.
To make matters worse, the Constants in Tiless Cities couldn’t be contacted even with the secret thod of the Constants. Other Constants might not have noticed it yet, but Nell was different, and his allies were within the Tiless City, so he might be the first one to notice it.
However, he was utterly helpless to do anything, and he did not dare expose himself by investigating it personally or going there. He was extrely cunning and could guess that sothing was extrely wrong.
Everything was driving Nell crazy because he couldn’t fathom what had happened despite his wisdom and shrewdness.
’Just when did everything start getting wrong!? I was making progress as a Constant, in fact, I beca a Golden Constant from Iron Constant within 2400 years because that ’existence’ favored ...’

"After all, why would sothing like this have never happened before? The mont we go after that dark star, Faceless Ancient, everything started to go sideways..."
The more Nell thought about this, the more indignant he beca as a hint of hatred surfaced in his eyes, but this hatred wasn’t reflected towards Faceless Ancient...
"Fuck, if not for those two idiots, I wouldn’t be in this ss in the first place. That existence said that ’ATLAS is the path to true immortality, and no one can kill a Constant,’ yet they really died."
Nell couldn’t help but cursed, "I was fucking tricked by that fellow!"
