Jacob was sitting cross-legged in a serene location of the Infinite Space. Behind him, the phantom of Life Bane Wheel was surrounded by thick, ethereal crimson mist.
Furthermore, around Jacob were scattered countless dry bones, without any vitality, as if they were hundreds of years old. However, the reality could send a chill down anyone’s spine because those bones belonged to Legendary Kings!
At this mont, the Life Bane Wheel behind Jacob started to fade away, and flas lit up within his hollow sockets. He looked at those decayed bones with indifference before he flicked his finger, and those bones turned into dust in the wind.
"This ti I’ve really profited massively. Not only has my Jinx Core evolved to the Legendary King Rank even before killing these Constant Barons, and after killing them, my Lifespan..."
Jacob’s eyes flickered with ecstasy as he looked at the lifespan in Cursed Immortality, right in front of him.

’It has increased by over 13 million years!’ Jacob was filled with a sense of mirth just by looking at the result of the killing he had caused.
’If I could eliminate all those Constants who weren’t present in the Tiless City, then I would probably doubt the amount of lifespan I just gathered. Pity, it won’t be easy anymore. Especially after the ’END’ of so many constants, and the destruction of their Tiless City. I’d better stay away from the ATLAS for the ti being.’
Jacob knew he had thoroughly ruined the ATLAS in the Legendary Plains this ti. Furthermore, he knew the ATLAS might never have suffered any loss of their constants, much like the destruction of their entire city overseen by a Machina Unit.
Not only that, but the ATLAS would deeply investigate the reason behind so many constants’ END. As soone who can ’END’ a Constant, those high-ranking constants would do anything to get rid of this threat that can END their supposedly immortality.
Nonetheless, Jacob hasn’t left any traces behind. He even took the Machina Unit and destroyed the entire city while taking the entire Tiless Tower with countless treasures for himself; no one would be able to trace it back to him.
As for using occulted thods, as long as he has Cursed Immortality, he wasn’t afraid of them at all.
"I must say, now that was sowhat entertaining."
Jacob’s joyous mood instantly ruined the mont that ’jolly’ voice rang in his head, "And here I thought you were gone for good."
"Hehehehehe~ now that’s a wish worth dying for."Immortika burst into laughter, "Alright, I have decided to give you a ’tip’ since I’m in a good mood after watching that show."
Jacob’s eyes suddenly flickered. "What tip?"
"It’s about ti you start making a new friend...hahahaha!" Immortika cryptically stated.
Jacob’s eyes dilated as he directly unsummoned the Cursed Book, as he was not in the mood to entertain the mischievous troublemaker.
’Now that I’ve increased my power to the highest degree, the only way to make further progress is to comprehend deeper concepts of laws, which is easier said than done. So, I should start focusing on the Machina Unit.’
The next mont, Jacob entered the Nightmare Realm, where Nyx were deeply imrsed into studying the spirit core ’replica’ created with her ability.
"Did you find anything?" Jacob questioned impassively.
Nyx was startled before she found Jacob standing beside her. Her lips curled up in indignation as she retorted, "You really know how to pick up treasures. But don’t expect to analyze them without any prior knowledge. How long has it been since you acquired this? Only 448 days! How do you expect to crack this accursed thing!?"
Jacob didn’t react to Nyx’s complaints and said again, "So, what did you find?"
Nyx seed exasperated. "You were right about not trying to fiddle with the real thing, and instead, you told to create a sample within the Nightmare Realm. However, even with my current abilities, I can only replicate its general structure, not the entire thing, which has been altered to a ridiculous degree with magic technology and knowledge far beyond our scope.
"Anyway, even with this basic form of the Spirit Core, it’s mystical to say the least. You see, this entire spirit core is made with countless spiritual runes, like an encoded structure of a program, and guess where else have I’ve seen such a technology being used?"
Jacob replied, "Star Watch?"
Nyx snickered, "No, it’s the Soul Star Watch! The Star Watch from the lesser plains can’t even compare to it. In fact, what makes the Star Watch and Soul Star Watch different from each other is the program. And let tell you, the program used in the Soul Star Watch is nothing but trash in front of the one within this spirit core.
"The difference in them should be because this Spirit Core is a living being, while the Soul Star Watch is an object created on the basis of this Spirit Core. I even suspect that the Soul Star Watch is probably designed by one of these SNIM Race mbers, obviously.
"But my point is, like any other cryptic technology, this thing also has its protective asure, and not just any random asure but sothing that seed to have a powerful universal law involved in it.
"So, the mont I try to probe those spiritual runes, it’ll self-destruct, and this is just the simplest form of this spirit core. So, imagine what will happen if we try to modify or decrypt a Machina Unit already altered by a SNIM Race mber beyond both of our current ranks?
"And you want to control this thing and then use it against the Star Network? From where we currently stand, it’s impossible! Unless you have a way to overwrite the spirit core!" Nyx asked with a grave tone.
Jacob also turns gloomy as he has already considered this possibility. He knew getting control of that Machina Unit wouldn’t be easy, especially when it is altered to beco an ego of Autarchy, which can rival SAAI and Undying Will.
After a while, Jacob suddenly said, "I think I might have a way!"
