Jacob was astounded when he heard the Spirit chanic’s assumption, and he couldn’t argue because he knew anything was possible when it ca to him.
Nonetheless, this was a good thing since the Spirit chanic was now mutated, which hadn’t happened before to other SNIM Race mbers, at least as far as the Spirit chanic knows.
"Did you benefit from this mutation?" Jacob questioned with a hint of expectation.
After all, now that he knew more or less about the SNIM Race mbers, he knew how unique this race was, just like the Fantastic Insects. Furthermore, Jacob felt the restriction of the Universe on the SNIM Race seems less severe.
Nonetheless, Jacob thought it was just spur-of-the-mont that he was feeling like this, since he wasn’t qualified to judge such matters yet.
"I’m not sure because I didn’t get any new aspect or ability, and this mutation seed to have altered my racial structure, and added sothing new. As for what it is, I can’t tell. More research and data are needed to reach any conclusion. Forgive for disappointing you, new master." The Spirit chanic apathetically responded.
Jacob’s eyes contorted slightly, but didn’t press on this matter since he knew the Spirit chanic wasn’t lying to him.
Jacob changed the topic and asked another crucial question, "Earlier, you ntioned sothing called the Primary Tiless Hourglass. What is this? Is that the gigantic hourglass within the tiless tower?"
"No, the gigantic hourglass within each floor of the Tiless Tower is just a shell, or a puppet body of the Primary Tiless Hourglass, which is the true core of the ATLAS. It’s even more important than I, a Blue Rank Spirit chanic." The Spirit chanic revealed.
"Shell, puppet bodies? What is it actually?" Jacob questioned, his interest fully piqued.
"I’m not privy too much information related to the Primary Tiless Hourglass, and it’s highly confidential, and I’m sure only the founder-level figures within the ATLAS might have access to it, or even the information within the Anarchy data bank might not be necessary.
"The limited amount of knowledge within my data bank about the Primary Tiless Hourglass is that it is the ’source’ of ATLAS and its mbers ’immortality’ and ’END’.
"Furthermore, every constant has a unique aspect called the ’Tiless Temporal Soul’, which is actually granted by the Primary Tiless Hourglass. Because of this aspect, every Constant has mystical abilities.
"You can even consider the Primary Tiless Hourglass as another network like Star Network, Dark Network, or Anarchy Network, but its scope is limited to a chosen few.
"Moreover, unlike these networks, the Primary Tiless Hourglass has terrifying abilities, and it can grant them to its mbers. I’ve never seen the real appearance of the Primary Tiless Hourglass, but before the new master, the Primary Tiless Hourglass was connected to those puppet bodies through , and it could freely blind, silence, or deafen .
"All I know is the Primary Tiless Hourglass shouldn’t be hard, or the ATLAS will suffer terribly, that’s why its true location didn’t even know to the Tiless Overlord or any constant as a matter of fact."
’How unexpected...’ Jacob was shocked when he heard about this Primary Tiless Hourglass and knew he had underestimated the ATLAS again.
He thought that after destroying the Tiless City and taking the Spirit chanic, he could significantly damage the ATLAS or at least ruin its branches within Legendary Plains.
But now, it seed as long as this Primary Tiless Hourglass exists, the ATLAS would only suffer materially, not spiritually. Moreover, this Primary Tiless Hourglass was related to the true secret of the ATLAS. If not for the Spirit chanic, he wouldn’t even know about it.
"If it’s so important, what is it doing in the legendary plains? Don’t tell it’s only a clone like you guys?" Jacob questioned.
"No, despite appearing similar, it’s not like a Machina Unit. Actually, I have no idea about this matter, and the information I have is only because of my small interaction with it. I can’t interfere or communicate with it without the Primary Tiless Hourglass taking the initiative first.
"However, it’s not a SNIM Race mber because if it were, I could’ve sensed it because of the special sense of our race. Although I have beco a subject of Anarchy since birth, and inherited its rules and principles, I wasn’t dead, and still have my spiritual nature.
"Without our spiritual nature, we are nothing more than a dead computing unit without any room for improvent, and we Spirit chanics are inherently disdainful of attaching ourselves to such an abomination."
’How astounding. The ATLAS is filled with mysteries and treasures. Although I can get the location of this Primary Tiless Hourglass, I don’t think it’s worth it. In fact, if this Primary Tiless Hourglass is the core of the ATLAS, then doesn’t this an it might be responsible for creating more Constants? I should let it breed more Constants...’ Jacob’s eyes flickered with cruelty, ’As for this Spirit chanic, it’s far more helpful than I’ve thought. Furthermore, from how it’s taking, it’s clear that the others don’t know the absolute truth behind the Machina Units.
’After all, Constant Baron-0 told that a Machina Unit is another body of another power SNIM Race mber without any of its own will. However, it just said that it was ’subject’, not slave or another conscious of Anarchy.
’Then the last part about the spiritual nature, I’m quite sure that a Machina Unit is not truly dead, but they are loyal subjects of one ruler. It’s almost like how an ant colony operates...’
Jacob beca excited the more he learned about the SNIM Race, and he knew he had truly profited from this trip to the Tiless City.
With deep anticipation, Jacob said, "Alright, let’s hear about your aspects. Since you are or were a blue rank Spirit chanic, you should have 5 aspects, and because of them, you were chosen to beco the Pri Machina Unit of the legendary plains. I’m quite curious about these aspects..."
