Sion had gained a basic understanding of enchantnt.
He would soon be able to develop other elental variations of the spell with ease.
By completing this spell, he had proven his worth. It would also place the hera familia entirely in his debt.
Even with Hera's temperant, she'd have no reason to be dissatisfied with him.
"Finally, it is just the two of us left."
teria sat on Sion's lap, her breath brushing against his earlobe, making his heart lt.
Alfia had returned to the Hera familia estate to arrange the formal eting with Hera herself.
Riveria did not permanently reside at the church, so tonight they finally had the place entirely to themselves.
Looking at teria's blushing face, Sion gently embraced her and whispered, "Our relationship will soon be officially."
Although the approval of Hera and her familia was not strictly necessary, it would be best if things went smoothly. Receiving her family's blessing would be a wonderful thing for both teria and Sion.
There was no fundantal difference in the end. Regardless of what the Hera familia thought, teria had already chosen him.
But who'd prefer the cold shoulder over a genuine blessing?
Sion gently leaned in, and teria closed her eyes expectantly. After a long, tender kiss, the two gazed at each other.
"Speaking of which... I feel much better these days," teria sighed softly.
"Soon, I'll be able to pleasure you."
Sion scooped her up into his arms.
"Sleep now, dear princess."
Two days passed.
Perhaps because they had lacked private space for so long, the brief separation from the outside world had kindled even stronger emotions.
When Alfia finally returned, she found the two of them holding hands and chatting intimately.
"That old hag Hera has decided to see you," Alfia said as she walked into the church, ignoring the complicated emotions swirling in her chest. "That hag has a terrible temper and a razor sharp tongue. Be careful."
Hearing Alfia's concern, Sion couldn't help but smile. Alfia was firmly on his side and had likely said plenty of good things about him to the goddess.
"Are you nervous?" teria asked as they walked down the bustling street.
"A little bit," Sion nodded, then smiled warmly. "After all, they are your family."
He was nervous because they were teria's family, not because they were the strongest familia in the world.
teria smiled softly. "Then let us face them together."
She intertwined her fingers with Sion's, looking incredibly intimate as they walked.
Alfia glanced at the scene but remained silent.
Sister no longer belongs to ... No, she never belonged to in the first place, Alfia mused inwardly.
Over these past weeks, Alfia had stopped reacting to their constant public displays of affection. It had simply beco a matter of course for her.
The three continued on their way and soon arrived at the familia's territory.
The Hera familia was massive, residing in the seventh district of orario alongside the Zeus familia. The surrounding architecture was luxurious, showcasing the absolute financial might of the world's strongest Familias.
Including non combatants and logistics personnel, the familia totaled around seven or eight hundred mbers, all of whom were won.
Under Alfia's guidance, Sion arrived at the HQ of the Hera familia.
n rarely visited the familia. Even when there was important inter familia business to discuss, etings were usually held at the Zeus familia's estate instead.
"Welco back, lady Alfia."
Two guards stood at the grand entrance. A quick usage of sonar detection revealed that both won were at level 2.
Only the strongest Familia could afford to use level 2 as re gatekeepers.
In reality, even the supporters of the Zeus and Hera familias generally needed to be at least upper class adventurers just to survive their brutal expeditions into the deep floors.
For example, the notoriously weak supporter of the Zeus familia fleeing and leaving his companions behind should have been considered a severe cri.
But considering his party mbers were monsters ranging from level 6 to level 8, the sheer existence of that heroic strength made it a different matter entirely.
After all, as a weak supporter dragging along behind titans, preserving his own life was his only realistic goal.
This feels incredibly surreal, Sion sighed inwardly as he stepped past the gates and onto the grounds of the legendary Hera familia.
