It was precisely because teria's actions defied his common sense that Sion felt panicked.

teria paused, cupping Sion's face in her hands. "I love you and sister."
"I love you more than her. Like you said, I live with clarity and for what I know. I believe that this will never make regret my future."
That hit the most tender spot in his heart. A warm current passed through Sion's entire body.
It was a gentle current, but it gave Sion courage he had never had before.
"Just as I thought, you're a different one," Sion chuckled softly.
"And so does Alfia."
"Sister just has an awkward personality. Maybe I'm the so called different one compared to her."

Sion couldn't help but give a slight nod, hearing teria's words.

Sion nodded his head in agreent after listening to teria's words.
While they were talking, there was a commotion up ahead.
"Thief, stop right there!"
There were shouts from afar.
A pallum with a cloak that covered the entire body was nimbly weaving through the crowd.
And judging by the direction they were running, they would pass right by them.
"How irritating."
Sion frowned a bit. He didn't want this to spoil their date.
Taking action would be a hassle, but not doing anything will make him feel annoyed.
"Mage's hand."
The pallum which was about to brush past Sion suddenly floated in mid air.
"Eh??"
The pallum cried out in shock, and then his eyes fixed on Sion.
He shifted his hands a bit and a dagger materialized.
Sion frowned slightly and then looked coldly at the pallum.
The pallum froze in place and then gasped sharply.
He felt like he was in a hellish scene just being looked at.
And the man in front of him seed to grow larger and larger.
Sion just pushed his aura down and it was enough to make this pallum lose all will to fight and beco completely immobile out of fear.
He would likely have a psychological shadow that would follow him for the rest of his life.
"Found him!"
A soft voice sounded. Then looked towards Sion.
"Sion?!" Adi exclaid in surprise.
"It's been a long ti, Adi."
