"That's so amazing!"
Yui Hirasawa clapped her hands, eyes shining with admiration. Her cheerful applause made the whole room feel brighter, and Hestia couldn't help but feel proud of herself. Yui's genuine excitent was infectious, and Hestia was already starting to like her.
But Hestia didn't let complints cloud her judgnt. She noticed that Ui was the capable one, always looking out for her older sister.
Yui, on the other hand, seed completely airheaded.
In August's world, people would call her a classic moe airhead: clumsy, but with a knack for making everyone like her. She always lifted the mood.
'These two have clearly grown up loved and protected. They must have a good ho,' Hestia thought, nodding. 'Yes, that's wonderful.'
As the Goddess of the Hearth, Hestia cared deeply about family. Seeing children raised with love always made her think highly of their parents.
August watched the dense Yui. She looked exactly like the kind of girl who had been designed to be unbearably cute.
'The nickna 'Airhead Yui' is well-deserved,' he mused.
In his own world, Yui was actually about his age, maybe even a bit older. As a peer, she was charming enough to make his heart race. Honestly, who wouldn't want soone so adorable around?
"I suddenly understand why you love taking care of your sister so much," August sighed in genuine appreciation.
"..." Hearing him say that, Ui's eyes imdiately lit up with intense interest. 'Mr August is a kindred spirit! He actually understands !'
Ui blushed slightly. She hadn't expected soone to instantly see through her utter devotion to spoiling her older sister.
"By the way, would you two be interested in joining the Hestia Familia?" August asked smoothly.
Now that he was in this world and had t the main characters, he figured he might as well invite them. Both sisters were geniuses.
Yui, the older sister, was a one-track genius... Ui, the younger one, was talented at everything. Their skills were so impressive that it hardly seed fair.
Without his own special abilities, August knew he couldn't keep up with them.
"Eh?" Yui and Ui blinked, completely caught off guard by the sudden invitation.
"Join you?" Ui asked, frowning with worry. Adventurer stories were fun to hear about, but living that life was scary for two regular high school girls.
"Don't worry. Conquering the Labyrinth isn't a requirent in our Familia." August said, easily sensing her unease. "eting here was a stroke of fate. Even if you join us, you can still live perfectly normal lives."
In reality, besides being Captain, August didn't run the Hestia Familia like a serious dungeon team. He mostly focused on his own goals. Bringing in new mbers was just a way to make things more lively and give people a place to fit in.
"REALLY?" Ui was torn between refusing and accepting. She looked over at her sister.
"I'M IN!" Yui threw her hand in the air, cheering excitedly. She agreed without a second of hesitation. "Hehe! If I beco an Adventurer, maybe I won't catch colds anymore!"
Yui's thinking was simple: if she joined the Hestia Familia and beca stronger, her immune system would be unbeatable. She thought she'd never get sick again.
"You'll still get sick," Hestia deadpanned, staring at the naive girl.
Adventurers weren't immune to getting sick. They still caught illnesses, but the diseases in the Dungeon were just much more dangerous...
"You can still catch a cold or fever. The only difference is that here, we have healing potions that cure them right away." Hestia brought Yui back to reality.
Adventurers were tough, but they still needed potions to recover quickly.
"Ehh?! So there's no way to beco completely immune?" Yui groaned, her shoulders slumping.
"Actually, there is," August said. "If you beco a Healer, you can figure out what's wrong and take the right potion right away. Or you could learn Healing magic and just cure yourself with a spell."
Adventurers weren't naturally immune to sickness, but they could develop their abilities to fight it off.
"In that case… I think we'll join," Ui said after thinking it over. It seed like a good deal. At the very least, becoming an Adventurer would help her look after her airheaded sister.
"Shouldn't you talk to your parents first?" Hestia asked. Seeing the younger sister make the executive decision, she felt they should at least respect the parents' authority.
"Um, my mom and dad are currently traveling abroad. They won't be back until after the New Year holidays," Ui explained with an awkward smile. "Honestly… It's probably best we don't tell them about you guys."
Ui was way too embarrassed to tell her parents what happened. Even if they believed in gods and other worlds, if they found out a strange man had appeared in their bathroom and seen Yui naked, things would get out of hand. She definitely wasn't ready for her sister to get married.
"If we tell Mom and Dad what happened, my sister might have to get married..." Ui muttered, giving August a sharp look. Even in today's world, a guy walking in on a girl in the bath was sothing parents took seriously.
When Hestia heard this, she imdiately understood what Ui was getting at, even though she had just been insisting on parental consent.
'Might have to get married? Married to who?!'
Hestia's anti-NTR radar shrieked at maximum volu. She suddenly rembered that when they teleported in, August had gotten a full, uncensored view of Yui in the tub.
"You're right! There is no need to inform your parents whatsoever!" Hestia sat up straight, quickly putting an end to the idea of involving them.
Sitting beside them, munching on a cookie, Yui finally processed her sister's words. She blinked blankly.
"Wait… I'm getting married?"
