Shido and the others returned wearily to their temporary lodgings.
"Welco back, Boy. Would you like to eat first? Or take a bath first? Or... would you like to eat N..i..a..-chan?"
After parting ways with Mikoto and the others and returning to his room, Shido was greeted by Nia, who was dressed in a full bunny girl outfit for so inexplicable reason.

Two fluffy little girls and a bunch of docile bunnies. It was undeniably a scene that healed the soul.
Yoshino picked up one of the rabbits and gently rubbed her soft cheek against its fluffy fur, letting out an innocent, angelic smile.
Natsumi held a slice of carrot, cautiously and carefully feeding the little animals.
The adorable little girls and the fluffy bunnies wove together a perfectly heartwarming picture.

Sitting on the veranda a short distance away, Shido didn't want to disturb them. Watching the pure, untainted smiles of the girls, he truly felt his heart being healed.
"Huh?"
But just then, he noticed one of the rabbits suddenly latching onto Yoshino's leg and beginning to vibrate rapidly. (TL:ayo ayo)
"Uuu..."
"Oh my, oh my. Has it taken a liking to Yoshino-chan? But Yoshino-chan is already Shido-kun's rabbit!"
Yoshino looked completely lost as to how to handle the rabbit's "indecent" behavior, while Yoshinon happily teased the suddenly amorous bunny.
And then, another rabbit lunged and latched onto Yoshino's other leg.
"Wait... what are you guys doing to Yoshino... Uwaa!?"
Natsumi tried to shoo away the overly bold rabbits, only to... have both her own legs grabbed as well.
Imdiately after, an especially restless little bunny leaped up and bit down on the girls's skirts. Under the relentless assault of the bunnies, the two girls lost their balance and tumbled to the ground. (TL:Subaru, subaru I need you, kill all these rabbits!!!)
"Oh right, rabbits are animals that can go into heat all year round. And they aren't exactly picky about their partners either..."
The beautiful, heartwarming scene had instantly devolved into a bizarre scenario where a swarm of rabbits was relentlessly pushing down two little girls. Giving a wry smile, Shido hurried over to shoo away the fluffy little playboys.
