Stark furrowed his brow. He had just finished listening to Nick's explanation about his and Shiller's interconnected plans, but what he didn't expect was that this plan was even more absurd than he thought.
"You're saying, you set up many traps and killed all the heroes in New York who had the ability to hold you in check. Then you pretended that you were very angry about these superheroes getting killed, and rushed to New York."
"Those people really thought that the superheroes getting killed was their failure, and also believed that you have the ability to brainwash the world. So, they had to seek help from another person with the ability to brainwash the world, that is, Professor X."

But Shiller seed sowhat confused, "What scam? I was just laying so groundwork. The real scam... I an, the real plan hasn't even started yet."
Stark narrowed his eyes, looking at him and said: "You said that before, don't tell , this isn't the real issue."
"Of course not." Shiller sneered: "The mutants are just a small target, what cos next is the main course."
With that, he closed the portal, his figure vanished in the office. At this ti, in the office where General Davis was located, Charles's voice ca from the telephone receiver:
"I accept your conditions. I have opened the portal and will return to Earth shortly... Oh, Jesus, why are the brainwaves here..."
Everyone stared nervously at the phone, but then Charles's serious voice ca through, "I have so bad news for you. I can only hold him back, I cannot defeat him. If we confront each other directly, all the people in New York will be shaken into idiots..."
"How long can you hold him back?" General Davis asked imdiately.
"At most, three days."
Charles replied with only one sentence, then hung up the phone. A general standing next to him angrily pounded the wall, "That liar! He clearly said..."
