After Kang left, Shiller chatted with Eternity for a while. Now, their relationship had a taste of a conspiratorial alliance; the most solid foundation of a friendship is shared misconduct.
The two discussed how to secretly create another hole without other 'Eternities' finding out, and the possibility of creating a few more holes as a backup.
Later, Shiller learned from Eternity that Conqueror Kang was in big trouble.
As a cornerstone of the cosmos, Eternity was actually indifferent to Conqueror Kang's manipulation of the tiline. Most cosmos administrators uphold a non-interventionist policy, believing that most events in the cosmos exist with reason.
Even the notorious chaos-causing King Reed, who has instigated many events that could result in the destruction of the Individual Universe or Multiverse, has never had abstract entities fly in to squash him.
In essence, the birth and death of a cosmos are natural phenona. Even if there are man-made factors involved, they are still within the realm of fate and insignificant.
So, for the abstract entities and gods, Conqueror Kang's ti travel and continuous creation of tilines are still within the rules, not a violation.
But the biggest problem is that he has seemingly created a hole in the barrier of the Marvel Universe, and this hole has indeed created a bug that could harm the barrier of the universe.
For example, suppose there is a very liberal escape room. If you are within the scene, any thod you use to clear the room is permitted. You can solve puzzles thodically, pick locks, break props, or even beat up the NPC and force the password out of him.
Anything you can accomplish, any gaplay, it's all allowed. But you can't knock down the building's load-bearing wall, right?
Whatever happens within the cosmos, abstract entities can handle it. The cosmos is infinite, and gods do not show extra rcy to any Individual Universe. But they can't risk the destruction of the entire Marvel Universe. If the outer barrier breaks, everyone's in trouble, right?
In the Marvel Universe, the untouchable forbidden area is the Fourth Wall. Characters like Deadpool, generally only talk to the audience and jest a little. They are fundantally still on the inside of the wall.
Previously, when Shiller created various copyright-infringing characters, he essentially broke the Fourth Wall in the cosmos, which attracted the attention of the big boss.
While the incident with Conqueror Kang this ti isn't as severe, who knows if it could spiral into a disaster like Shiller's?
Consequently, all abstract entities in various cosmos received ssages, initiating a sweeping "Eliminate Kang" operation in the whole headquarters universe.
The aim of this operation is not to annihilate all Conqueror Kangs in the Multiverse, but to control their number, preventing Conqueror Kang from casually creating countless tilines and replicating himself.
The consequences of Conqueror Kang's ti travel are actually severe, because each of his tiline instances can acquire ti travel capabilities and create new tilines.
Simplistically, it's like a branch sprouting two twigs, and after the two twigs grow into branches, they sprout two more twigs each. 2 becos 4, 4 becos 16; this is what's professionally referred to as "Exponential growth".
The cynical result of this is frightening: there are infinite Conqueror Kangs in the Multiverse. And probability dictates that in a large crowd, certainly, a few would dare to test their bounds with reckless actions.
Therefore, Eternity and other abstract gods began consistently pruning the tilines created by Conqueror Kang, limiting his ti-travel capabilities, with the goal of preventing him from attempting to prove species diversity by sheer numbers.
Eternity from this universe created an even cleverer approach.
Peering into Conqueror Kang's past, Eternity saw the sacred tiline he once ruled. Although at present, the sacred tiline no longer exists, and the Multiverse is thriving and Kang had split into many entities, it doesn't an that restoration isn't an option.
Using the Kang who visited Shiller as the template, Eternity forcibly reversed the tiline on him, returning his tiline to a state where there was only one Supre Kang in the universe.
In other words, turning the blue-collar Kang into the sole entity, enabling the summoning and unifying of all Kangs from every tiline in the Multiverse, all rging into one.
Upon Supre Kang's return, he reached the Ti Managent Bureau in record ti, only to be t with wariness rather than a welco.
Mobius, B15, and Ravona were all on high alert, but Supre Kang held up both his hands explaining, "Hey, I'm back. Don't you recognize ? I'm the Chief!"
Mobius was squinting at him suspiciously; B15 was readying his shield, but Ravona appeared confused as she scrutinized Supre Kang. She then stepped forward, tentatively asking, "Chief?"
"That's right, it's , little Ravona. I'm not the mad one! Rember when I saved you from a tiline collapse? Back then you were a little thing. You even stole gummy sweets from my drawer."
"Enough!", Ravona snapped with a turn of her head, and with a sowhat resigned gesture to Mobius, she waved him over saying, "It's him, the Chief has returned."
Mobius frowned slightly, still maintaining his guard and refraining from approaching. B15 tapped his Magic Wand against his Shield, looking at Supre Kang, he asked, "What happened? Where did you go after the Sacred Tiline fractured?"
"I fractured along with the Sacred Tiline." Supre Kang shook his head and said, "Unfortunately, you ended up with a hotheaded villain. Or perhaps, the encouraging traits within were only able to survive in small parts, and in terms of quantity, they were far outweighed by the negative traits."
"I'm sorry, little Ravona, my bad temper must have been a headache, I promise, it won't happen again." Supre Kang reached out his hand to Ravona, who flung herself into his arms.
Mobius and B15 exchanged glances, shaking their heads slightly. Both of them knew that Ravona was the adopted daughter of Supre Kang, and when Conqueror Kang took over the Ti Managent Bureau from Supre Kang, the usually stern Judgnt Chief was the real victim.
"Alright, it seems everything is back on track." Mobius smirked, and then said, "Let's go back to work, there's still a lot left to do ..."
"Hold on." Supre Kang stopped them, then said, "I ca today to tell you sothing else - I've decommissioned all machines capable of ti-travel. The Ti Managent Bureau will be dissolved."
Ravona pushed him away, her eyes wide in disbelief, "What are you talking about? But... but we need to maintain the stability of the tiline and catch those horrible temporal criminals!"
"I know, your family died in a ti accident." Supre Kang said staring at her, "So, you loathe those who tinker with ti deeply, but essentially, we're those people as well, we're also tampering with ti."
"The ability to return to the past indefinitely implies infinite opportunities for trial and error. But is that genuinely a good thing?" Supre Kang looked into Ravona's eyes and said, "Would you continue to improve yourself if you knew there was always a chance of redemption?"
Ravona stared at him in silence, after a while, she shook her hand and said, "Regardless, I can't accept the dissolution of the Ti Managent Bureau, it's not just your hard work, we've all put in so much effort!"
"Alright, you can continue to work, but I will no longer be in charge. I will resign from the position of Director of the Ti Managent Bureau."
Ravona glared at him again, "How could the Ti Managent Bureau function without a director? Do you have any idea how exhausted I've been in your absence? These people just know how to slack off, nobody does any serious work!"
As Supre Kang's gaze fell elsewhere, Mobius looked up at the ceiling light, and B15 examined the patterns on his Magic Wand.
"Don't be upset, little Ravona." Supre Kang spoke soothingly, pulling out a cell phone from his pocket and dialing a number. After a few words, a female mage in a robe appeared in the hall amidst a flash of golden light.
"Let introduce you to your future director, Master Ancient One." Supre Kang extended his hand towards the Ancient One, who bowed, neither humble nor arrogant, "I'm just the acting director, the Ti Managent Bureau is now under the direct leadership of Eternity."
The others at the scene were sowhat doubtful, but the Ancient One's words reassured them.
"Work details remain largely the sa, we need to catch certain criminals in various universes who misuse their ti power, or may pose a significant threat to the universe barrier."
"Additionally, we now have another responsibility, to maintain the barrier of our universe and ensure that the defense and stability of the barrier are not destroyed."
Ravona and the others exchanged glances, seemingly a bit confused, after all, they didn't know that this universe had already been pushed out of the parent universe.
However, the Ancient One nodded at Supre Kang, who laughed, "The Ancient One will guide you through your work, she's a very amicable person, I can trust her with the Ti Managent Bureau."
Mobius and B15 ca forward and shook hands with the Ancient One, only Ravona stood still, staring at Supre Kang, "And what about you? Where are you going?"
"I found myself a new job, on Earth, my ho. When you have the ti, you can visit, the Cosmic Greenhouse is more beautiful than you could imagine."
Ravona walked up, standing silently opposite Supre Kang, she said nothing, but Supre Kang patted her shoulder and said, "I know you'll miss , but I also know that you have many ambitions and dreams to fulfill."
"If previously, the maintenance of the tiline was not that necessary, now the responsibility you have to bear is truly significant." Kang looked at Ravona with a serious expression, "I believe you have guessed a few things about our cosmos, now, we have to depend on ourselves."
Ravona took a deep breath and nodded solemnly.
Kang, who had already turned and was walking towards the portal, waved at her, and just as he stepped into the portal, an ethereal sigh echoed throughout the Ti Managent Bureau.
"Don't worry... Father."
