The snow in Asgard, always seems more romantic than on Earth. The rootless water that falls from this sky island floating in universe space, is lighter than anywhere else.
The fluttering snowflakes, when they land on the window, the frost spreads from the edge of the window fra, and the shadows of a few people can be vaguely seen.
Loki, in armor and cape, but without a crown, looks very cold. He says to the two attendants and one etiquette officer in front of him, "I'm sorry, but what I said is true. The Fairy Palace no longer needs so many attendants. You can go ho now."
The two attendants look at each other and then at Loki. The etiquette officer then asks solemnly, "Your Highness, sorry, but may I ask, whose command is this?"
"You are my servants, of course it's my command." Loki's expression starts to show so impatience, but he still patiently explains. However, the three people in front of him have no intention of leaving.
Loki doesn't say anything threatening like "Can't you understand what I'm saying?" Instead, he takes the hamr from his waist, weighs it in his hand, and then says, "I have things to do later. If you don't leave here, I will have to use another thod to ask you to leave."
The three people in front of Loki glance at the hamr in his hand, look at each other again, salute, and leave.
Loki can even hear their incessant whispering as they leave.
But Loki's not angry. He just weighs the hamr in his hand and then looks at it saying, "Now I understand, the hamr is indeed very useful."
He sighs, turns around and leaves. As soon as he walks out the door, he sees another figure in a long robe and crown waiting for him at the end of the corridor. It's Old Loki.
Loki walks towards him and asks, "Why are you here?"
Old Loki shakes his head and says, "I'm not like those youngsters. I need to remind you, do you know what you are doing?"
Loki looks at the ground and laughs a little, then looks at Old Loki and says, "You seem to be quite comfortable here, much better than the others."
Old Loki's eyes are calm. He turns around, stands by the window, and looks at the snowfall outside, "I haven't been ho for many years, even if this is not my ho, it's much better than the desolate end of ti."
After speaking, he turns his head back, looks seriously at Loki and says, "This isn't what you should do. You can't order them to leave, nor should you. You're not the king of Asgard."
Old Loki sighs and says, "In your universe, Thor is the new king of Asgard. He has always defended the warriors of Asgard. Your treatnt of his subordinates, other than causing conflict between the two of you, will be of no use."
"Do you think Thor is stupid?" Loki counters.
Old Loki sighs and says, "Thor is the most foolish person in the world, but at the sa ti, he is the smartest."
"He always acts stupid, takes no heed of minor details, doesn't see the big picture, as if he never notices anything, but I know that he actually notices, he just doesn't care."
"You underestimate your weight in his heart." Loki looks at Old Loki and says, "You think Thor wouldn't care if these people mistreated you?"
"Hasn't it always been this way?" Old Loki lets out a bitter smile, "I'm not the heir, who would care about ?"
"But you still are one of the only two princes of Asgard." Loki looks at Old Loki, and although he's using the second person, it feels like he's talking to himself, "You are Odin's son, Thor's brother, why do you think they wouldn't care about you?"
"But in their hearts, I'm not as important as their subjects." Old Loki looks straight into Loki's eyes and says, "Every ti I had a conflict with the warriors of the Fairy Palace, whose side was Thor on? Who was eventually considered unreasonable?"
Old Loki looks at Loki with a mocking gaze, "Your reputation in Asgard has been ruined this badly, and half of that is because of your dear brother, who never understands you and always takes you for childish. Then he apologizes for you to everyone else."
"Hoping that everyone can genuinely understand you, that is the most childish idea." Loki retorts without yielding,
"Everyone has their hardships, everyone has their business. If soone is willing to spend a second to understand your hardship, that ans they love you."
"Why can't you ask for more?" Old Loki says with frustration, "Why are you never the most important person to others?"
When an older Loki and a younger Loki stand face to face, they appear to be looking in a mirror. Every question they ask is not directed at the other, but at themselves.
"Maybe, I'm just unlucky." Loki's tone seems sowhat light-hearted.
But Old Loki who hears his answer, seems taken aback, and then he asks sowhat hysterically, "Are you just resigning yourself to fate?! You still have many opportunities! You're still young! You could still return to Asgard! Why won't you fight for it?!"
